I always feel so taken care of at this Mr. Sub location! Tonia always goes above and beyond for me as a customer and has me feeling so welcomed both in person as well as, through skip the dishes! She leaves me fun notes to read and provides me with a beautiful sub loaded with my favourite (pickles!). I appreciate all of Tonias hard work and costumer service along with the rest of the team - including Lov! :)10/10 experience - always!!
This Mr.Sub has the best worker making the best subs. Her name is Tonia and let me tell you she will have you coming back for more. She just makes the subs so good... you need to go to her, trust me. She is also super kind and funny if you need a laugh. 11/10 ... go see her now! You won't regret it ;)

MY SUB WAS THE BEST SUB I EVER HAD!!I love having my SUB packed with all the fixing and extra spicy. Every place that I had ever purchased a SUB from had completely missed that mark. Tonia has assembled the absolute best SUB I had ever laid my tastebuds on. I could taste the passion that she has to make every SUB unique and absolute perfection! I'd rate it 6/5 if I could!
One of the best, if not THE best customer service experience I've EVER been a part of! From the moment you walk in, till the moment you leave, Tonia and staff make you feel like family. Everything is fresh, and made perfect! Tonia even remembers what I like each time I come in! Fantastic!! I Highly recommend this place, it's terrific going to a place where everybody knows your name! Awesome service and great food!! Tonia goes that extra mile. She even remembered us and most of our order from only one past visit!! We will be coming back to this location for our subs now. Their cookies are really really good too!!
Mr Sub was absolutely the worst experience I have had in my life. Giving them a one star is way too generous in my opinion. It was incredible how rude the staff were. The issue started because we ordered a large chicken souvlaki and they did not have that available. They made it known that they were pretty annoyed so we changed the order on the phone to a meat ball. When I got there to pick up I inquired about the price difference and they just didn't give a damn and was extremely rude!
The customer service here is great! I’ve been coming to this location for years! Today must have been the best visit yet. I got my pizza sub and got to meet Tonia, who told me she was about to change my life, and damn was she right! My sun was soooooooo good! I had such a good time there while waiting for my sub. I love all the employees there and will never get my subs from anywhere else!! I highly recommend Tonia’s location! 5 stars!

Went to pick up dinner today at Mr. Sub and my experience was amazing from the moment I walked in, I have never felt so welcome walking into a fast food restaurant as I did today. I use to go the Subway down the street which I stopped going because the staff had poor customer service skills and really sucked at doing there job. But Tonia, Lou and the other staff were so friendly and the customer service was amazing, I will definitely be returning!! Very hard to find take out places that the staff is friendly.Tonia and the other girl (which I forgot to get her name) made the absolute most perfect subs that I have ever ordered, when getting home and unwrapping the sub the topping we’re actually still inside the sub and not all over the wrapping.Tonia, Lou and all the other staff at Mr. Sub keep up your fantastic work and customer service!!
