Just visited this location on a Sunday for lunch. Owner was very friendly, polite and made the sub with care. Had the Spicy breaded chicken and it was great.
The food was ok, the service and ambiance is where those 2 stars went away. When we walked in, there was a talk radio station playing at a volume that made it harder to communicate with the person working behind the counter. To add to this there was a language barrier that made ordering our 2 subs even harder. When trying to ask what we would like on our subs, the server just kept motioning over the toppings and repeatedly asked "Yes please?". It was a confusing experience to say the least. The subs turned out ok at best, but the experience was not what I would have wanted.6/10 on the food2/10 on the communication/experience
Went here for subs. At time to pay i used a gift card sent to me by Mr. Sub, my card wouldn't swipe.I told the girl there, she said swipe again. I did and still nothing, she asked what card it was. I showed her and she made a snorting sound and said, well I can't do anything about it. I asked if she was able to key the numbers in. She said no. Can't do anything.I had used the card at another restaurant earlier, and the person there, said no problem and keyed in the numbers.Customer service sucks here.
Very sweet lady made my food, she wss very professional and very quick with the order, she made the sub very accurately and helped me choose my options also. Very thankful.
I visit this Mr Sub quite often and I really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and always remember my order. If there ever is a problem, which is very rare, the staff correct it right away and I am always satisfied with the customer service. The bread is always fresh and the toppings always taste good and are high quality and fresh. Great spot for a quick lunch. Price are good for the quality, customer service and food that you get.
The owner lady is very abusive & aggressive, forget about customer service .

This restaurant gave me food poisoning. Never going back.
I come here on a regular basis to do uber pickups.Mostly in between 11pm to 2am there is always a same girl serving and looks OVER WORKED.She runs the show as a one man army.She is always pleasant and happy to serve the customers.I am not sure of her name but she looks like of asian origin.These 5 stars are only for her hardwork and shame on the management of this place which doesn't even know how to take care of their staff.
