I used to come to this location almost every day for lunch back in 2017 — the service and food was great then. I came here to order a salad and they took 20 minutes to make it! There was only one person ahead of me who had already ordered and was waiting. There were 3 employees working but talking most of the time. The lady making the salad had one glove on but was still touching the salad with the hand that didn’t have a glove. I politely asked if she could put on another glove and she did which I was grateful for— however she was definitely talking about me in her language with her colleague because she kept looking at me while talking and when she was finished she just placed the bag on the counter. I had to approach and ask if it was mine. Poor customer service , especially considering the lady before me was called to get her food, as most places do. Absolutely trash experience for a common Greek salad. I for sure won’t be ordering here again.
They never have the food ready. We always order ahead of time...they always say 20 minutes and we almost always come on time or after 20 mins but they only start making our food once we get there. Once it took 50 mins before they started making our food. We will never order there again. They don't respect time. No point of ordering ahead of time.
Unfortunately I was disappointed. Originally I had ordered the night before for delivery on Sunday at 11:30. Sunday morning I received a call that the restaurant had no drivers available and therefore were not able to deliver to me so instead I arranged for pickup. However the meal was underwhelming. The souvlaki, both the chicken and pork were dry and not juicy at all. The greek salad didn't come with greek salad dressing instead was another small container of tzatziki. There was already one large container of it. The pita breads were stale. At least the salad itself was fresh but that's all I can say was good about this meal. Maybe I caught them on an off day because I do remember ordering from them before and quite liked it.
Waited 30 minutes for my food.They turn off the rotisserie between customers.When I asked about the delay, The woman said you don't want it raw do you...Why not turn off the lights when no one is inside..Then they got the order wrong..Blamed it on the new cook..Food went back for another 20 minutes...The food came back cold except for the vegetables.Don't bother coming here, it's not worth it..I would give them no stars if possible..
Food was excellent, but 25 minutes from when we ordered to when we got food with only 1 other party waiting ahead of us is far too long. They were not snagged enough to handle dine on on tip of pickup and delivery orders.
I came here to order a salad and they took 35 minutes to make it. Three people ahead of us were dining in and I didnt even see any of them start to make anything until 7 mins later after I made my order. My bro behind me ordered 2 wraps and that took even longer. The salad didnt even require prep time all they had to do was put it together from the front. Absolutely trash experience, and I haven't even eaten this food yet.
Amazing food , either individual or catering always same quality. Reasonably priced . Perfect service. Spent over $200 each time I have catered everything is always fresh.
I went there to grab lunch and waited 45 minutes just for my food. 3 people came in and order after me and got my food before me. The staffs and really rude and do not explain properly when inquiring about the menu. I go to other Mr Greek restaurants but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.
got the family special, was healthy and fresh. did not enjoy the potatoes as they were not very flavourful. the salad, chicken and rice were excellent!
I picked my order, asked before paying if tzusiki is included in packed food, he confirmed. Came home and there was no Tziki..main reason why a person would want greek food. Called and he doubted to confirm with his kitchen staff. Horrible experience . Ruined my dinner.
