5 Stars for my first visit at this location. However, most of this shout out goes to the server of our table named Chelsea. Other than the good food, Chelsea served our orders neither too early or late which was fitting for the informal meeting that we had during our dining. She was also very excellent in dealing with our requests considering she was also training someone new. Keep up the good work!Would definitely recommend this location! ????
The service here was great but the food was super lackluster. I ordered a brisket sandwich but didn’t finish it since it was cold in the middle and had no flavour. Honestly only came here because I had one of those “Ultimate Dining” gift cards and the other places offered weren’t any better. The quality of food does not equate to the prices being charged especially when competition can serve what they serve, but better. I would advise to only eat here as a last resort. My expectations were essentially on the floor for this chain restaurant and they still managed to disappoint me somehow.
We had a great dinner at Montana's last night. All you can eat smoked ribs on Wednesdays, you can't go wrong. Meat was tender, fall off the bone. The pullpork sandwich was great too. Can really taste the smoky flavour, and meat was tender. No sauce used, which is great, doesn't mask the true flavours. No long waiting time for our food either. Our server Chelsea was very friendly.
Went for a family birthday dinner, we had chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables. They gave the birthday girl a free cookie with ice cream on it. Our meal was delicious and service was great. Will definitely be back again.
Went here with my husband. Our waitress was daniele, she was warm and accommodating. Made for an overall very pleasant experience. Our food tasted good but the fries were a little cold. Would come again.
First off, my ribs did not fall off the bone. That is Montana’s staple food and i was fairly disappointed. It didnt taste bad, but it wasn’t nearly how ribs should be. Fries and burger was good however. Our server was a little off. I literally called him over and he just walked right passed me. He also forgot a few things when I was able to get his attention after asking twice. Biggest red flag was when he literally tossed the box of crayons on the table in a rude fashion.
Wouldnt recommend this location. My husband and I went for dinner, the host didn't have a positive attitude she seem really young and maybe needs more training, the server we had wasn't pleasant at all she seem like she just wanted to end her night, started off with spinach dip which seemed microwaved, husband and I both ordered meals however we received food poisoning by the end of the night. When I called to notify the manager all she said was "oh I'm so sorry to hear that" didn't offer me anything at all which restaurants usually do.
Terrible experience all of my family’s food wasn’t warm at all , there was 7 of us everyone pretty much ordered chicken fingers they used to be good here and they were cold , the spinach dip was not like it used to be was watery. The sever said they got a new cook and trust me that guy shouldn’t be a cook I can make better food. we waited 15 minutes in front to get a table when place was empty and every time a server would come and say I will be back and go to the little back office and we went through 3 different staff saying they would be back to seat us.
I bought ribs & wings combo. Was so looking to it. I was so DISAPPOINTED. The ribs was so dried, even if they had drowned it in sauce it couldn't recover . It was not juicy, it's like it was fried☺ The wings was not a hit either needed more sauce. Waist of money & time. Not recommendable at all. I have been eating at Montana Trinity Commons for years the quality of the food has changed for the worst????
I had order the food through skip the dishes. Fish and chips order for my 6 year old was missing. we order pizza for kids carrots were missing.Food quality was very bad. my kids did not even eat the pizza. my 6 year old was upset and hungry.Our New year's eve was spoiled by this very bad experience.I am really sad and disappointed by this experience.
