It taste uncooked. I think it needs to be baked a few more minutes. I threw out half ...I would not buy again.
I consider myself a pretzel aficionado. I have had a lot of pretzels, good and bad. This is not my first time having Mo's, but it is the first time I've felt inspired to right a review. Brianna (a new hire, if I understand correctly) made me an absolutely sensational cinnamon sugar pretzel. Baked to perfection and immaculately constructed. I will definitely be coming back, you have found yourself a new regular!!!
Definitely would give 0 stars if I could. I can only recall having decent pretzels if specific people were working. The other reviews are right, whoever you are giving majority of your hours to does not know how to make a pretzel properly. Good luck with your sales, I am sure they have gone downhill since management changed in 2019...
The lady with the bad eyebrows (really thick and badly drawn) is the rudest woman I've known and doesn't know how to serve or make pretzels. One of the reasons I quit. Plus, the atmosphere is a lot of attitude.
loved coming here before covid but now pretzels are raw or burnt and i had enough of getting sick sorry
I would give you a zero, but for now I will only give you a one ☝️. I went to Mo’s Pretzel as I was quite hungry, I ordered some pretzel bites and a pretzel. And I wish I could tell you the flavour, but there was none. The pretzel bites were bloody raw, and unseasoned as well. It’s criminal how much you charge for such poor quality food and also fruit flies as toppings.Thanks so much you will never have my business or anyone I knows business. Ciao Bella!
the environment was a toxic experience. the quality of product and customer service was not the greatest either. would not recommend, 0/10

I went to the Mo’s golden pretzel located in Bramalea City Centre today. I ordered pretzel bites, when I received my order it was not even cooked. The pretzels were literally raw. I asked them to re make it, they told me it would take 15 minutes and to go around the mall then come back. So after 15 minutes I went to pick the pretzels up and they gave me my same order back. Not happy with this experience at all.
