Ohh man what to say everyone is waiting and staff is like working under minus 20 temperature so disgusting. So lazy staff pretending by looking at customer, they use to divide work and they are working in reality just eating time of customer. As specially today on July 17 afternoon staff so lazy however I had seen couple of times when male manager ( slim guy ) but so proactive guy individually as well with staff
Absolutely hate this McDonald's location. Its a shame its the most convenient location for me. They have never gotten my order right even with the simplest items and its never prepared on time. Ordered hot fudge sundaes. The hot chocolate was hard and tasted old but I was already home by the time I tried it.
Worst service ever.I just ordered two Sundaes one with fudge and one without.The girl wearing glasses who was at the payment counter was very rude and don't know what customer service is.I would not even like to give one star.Please visit some other McDonald's if you want correct order and a good customer service.
The workers seem to work hard but the system or process is a mess. I'm sure the smart people at McDonald's can make them work efficiently and improve the customer experience. Just a matter of figuring out who's good at what and streamline the process.
This is the nearest McDonalds near by my home and is always super busy.Sometimes they run our of shake/ice creams. Customer services is always as expected.Most of the times they are pretty quick for the order.
This place takes forever with your food. Makes so many mistakes. Everytime I go I have to park and wait 10 minutes only to get my order wrong and have to go in to wait another 10 kinites for it to be corrected. By the time we got home this last time we realized the Nestea was water, I guess their machines broke down, and the fries were still cold like they weren't even fried. Needless to say worse location!
worse service ever. I took my daughter there today. someone put water in her apple juice. it tasted like water not apple juice. also they put mustard and pickles in sandwich and the way it was put in, it was clearly look like was tried to hid it.also the try they gave me was disgustingly dirty. I ask to change it i was given even more dirty try.Worse place to go. I will never go to that place again.
Not possible to give 0 stars. What's happened to this place? This is not the first time I've experienced this problem. The service has dropped off a cliff. Went there this morning at 7:20 am, usually not a long line in the drive through, but this time there was. So I went inside to find only 5 staff people. There were multiple customers in the store and drive through and yet the staff were moving slowly with no sense of urgency for the people waiting for food. This is NOT a fast food restaurant. If you want to wait, then by all means go ....
I would give -1 one if there is option. Worst service. This is the third time, We we’re experiencing worst service. We order ice cream but they provide us melted cream. When we complain, Rather than accepting their fault, they were keep blaming that we keep ice cream out so long. How can one ice cream can melt within 2 minutes in -14 degree temperature lol. They need to change their staff or better train them.
Love their blueberry pomegranate drink! Lots of parking! And mega big fan of their nuggets! I come everyday for ice coffee. Clean washrooms! Fast service.
