I dont write reviews often, but this one couldnt pass by.This mcdonalds commits same mistakes everyday. Twice they have gotten my order wrong. Night staff drive thru is horrible

Didn't wait long for my take out order. Staff were friendly. The place was clean and neat.

This 1 star is only for not cleaned washrooms. I don’t blame the staff fully. May be its because of users.Staff at the counter is very nice and quick in service

Firstly, when I rolled up to the first window to pay, the lady was saying “fuck” and started explaining to me how the customer ahead of me was taking too long. Secondly, while I was trying to read out my coupon code for my order she was rushing me and telling me there was a long line when I had just got to window. Thirdly, the women at the second window treated me with the same disrespect and provided no help in the situation. They also ended up messing up my order after all that. This was on may 31st 2022 at 11:25pm. Disrespectful staff. Extremely dissatisfied and upset.

Had a great experience with the Manager on nights Pallak. Super kind, friendly & service with a smile :)Definitely making this McDonald’s the main location…Thanks again Pallak!!

Twice via drive thru, they have either gotten my order wrong or forgotten to put every in the bag. Both times I had to go inside to get it fixed. Even when ordering I feel rushed as they keep asking "is that all" with every 1 thing I add. It's the only close McDonald's to me so I have no choice if I really want something but usually I pick another chain if I can help it.

I don't write reviews very often, but I made an exception in this case because the error has been repeated. I stopped by this location at 5 a.m. on my way to work on March 21st, and all I asked for was a cup of coffee, which the girl gave me cold. When I told her about it, she stated she needed to prepare a fresh cup of coffee, so please wait in line #1. After waiting for 24 minutes, I finally went up to the window and inquired what was up; a different girl walked in and had no idea I was there waiting for my coffee, she made me a fresh coffee right away and that was it.On four separate occasions after that day, they had forgotten to provide me sauces with my meals. I understand they are occupied, but I am as well. I left work to have my lunch, which I couldn't really enjoy because the sauces were missing.They forgot to put sugar in my coffee on another time. It's one mistake after another.I finally decided to write this review since I'd had enough.I wish there was another McDonald's nearby where I could get some food.

Picked up 3 coffee and 6 doughnuts, the coffee was good but the doughnuts were very hard. I'm sure they're not fresh

The night shift crew and manager have bad attitude and poor customer service. After midnight, I went to the McDonald's location and made simple 2 separate orders at the speaker, then drove up to the 1st window. But there was no one there, so I drove to the 2nd window. The person at window 2 told me I cannot pay there and asked that I reverse to the 1st window instead and pay. I tried telling her several times that the 1st window was not staffed when I got there, and she said that she cannot accept my payment because, she doesn't have a cash register at the 2nd window, so I have to go back. I did. Now I'm at the 1st window (again) and pay for order #1, then I told the girl I need to pay for order #2, and she tells me it's OK, go to the 2nd window, and I did. Then the person at window 2 tells me I didn't pay. I told her I know, and I tried to pay, but the girl at window 1 told me to drive to window 2, so I'm here now. So the 2nd person tells me that I can't pay at window 2, I told her I'm not reversing again, and she can take my payment, and she insist that she can't because she doesn't have a cash register at her window. I told her I've never heard of that before - after arguing back and forth for a few mins, I demand my refund of $9.82. She asks if I want it by cash or on my card; I say my card. So she gave me the debit pinpad with a $6.00 refund on the display. I said the amount is incorrect and I paid $9.82. She tried to argue with me, until I started yelling at her. Then she makes the correction and hands me the pinpad again. I asked why she lied and said that she can’t accept payments at her window, but now she’s giving me the debit machine, so that means she could have taken my payment all along. She said she didn’t lie. I said yes you did, because you said you don’t have a register at your window, but here you’re giving me the machine to make a refund, so you could accept payments as well. Then she said she thought I was going to pay by cash. I said “you never asked me how I was going to pay. And if I paid by debit at the 1st window, then why wouldn’t I do it at the 2nd window.” I still haven’t gotten my refund on my card yet, so now I demand cash. She returns with the cash of $9. Now I’m mad and yell at her – again that I want my $0.82. and she gives it to me. Now I’m mad and hungryThis location is so unprofessional and the staff (she is an incompetent liar). This is my 2nd time in 2 months that I’ve had major issues with this location – including direct issues with the manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Save yourself the headache.

Very busy, was a bit disorganized had to go back to napkins. These fast food places are getting very cheap buy 3 meals and get 3 packs of ketchup and one pack was covered with dried up ketchup- yuck .... 3 drinks get 2 straws.
