Absolutely worst manager and server.When I said coffee is too sweet, they say thats how it isLol, after persisting they were like.. ohkkay we will replace itThen next ice coffee was what regular McDonald's ice coffee is like..Anyways skip this mcdonalds if you canI know this review doesn't make a difference to their top line or bottom line..But thats how it is
My mistake is i didnt check my fries if its correct or not. When i open it only half full. I went back and nobody believes me of course and they refuse to give a new one. I checked reviews and looks like im not alone. Gagan the manager said it colds down thats why it shrank. I reported it and offer me a free food but i refuse it to prove them im not just making a scenario just to get free food.
This McDonald’s is consistently slow and never gets orders right. I have once waited for 15 minutes at the speaker, only for the crew to take the order of someone who arrived after me at the next speaker. The only time I’ve had good service is the early morning crew, otherwise after 3PM I would not recommend going here, I’d rather drive to a further McDonald’s.
After visiting this McDonald’s today it’s safe to say I will absolutely never go back there And they should be ashamed to offer this kind of service. today I ordered a hot chocolate with no whip cream, which I reiterated twice at the ordering screen, however it was still made incorrectly, then told to ‘Park for 2 to 3 minutes’ and I was in a rush already. I immediately went inside to speak to a manager about this as it’s the second time in a row that this is happened with this same drink. employees inside laughed after I asked for the manager. He then gave me a hot chocolate that has the consistency and look of dishwater….worst McDonald’s experience, not to mention a couple months ago at the same location, they gave me a breakfast sandwich with no egg or sausage, just the bagel.
Do you have a favourite McDonald's character???♂️I was not much for criminals but didn't mind the Hamburglar!???♂️ ??The nice and hardworking stuff at this location are always trying their best it can get busy here and the officers from 22 Division nearby also enjoy this location.McDonald's has an app and if you want deals you have to get it now but don't forget to peel off your coffee stickers and they have nice Donuts if you haven't tried them. I gave up on Tim Hortons donuts and I want to thank the staff here for being polite and always tolerating Canadians because with the courthouse nearby and things it's important to remember that we all have a journey and everybody's is different.So don't hesitate to hit up the drive-thru or even if you're passing by on Main Street you can always get off and grab yourself a tasty treat and remember that you don't need a Happy Meal to be happy it's all about a state of mind? ?
However you feel about their food, this McDonald's is the absolute worst in terms of service. Constant order mix up. Leaving people waiting in the drive through at the speaker mind you for 10 minutes. I purposely ordered a fries no salt 20 minutes ahead to give them time to make it and when I got there, I had to wait another ten minutes because they didn't prepare it. Leaving people waiting in their cars for food to the point when they have to go in to see what's going on. I know these are a bunch of kids but you have to take some pride in your work and McDonald's should take pride in their product and have some amount of respect for their customers but it sure doesn't look like it. Maybe they feel they can treat customers how ever they want because they're the only Mickey D's ten minutes in any direction. I like the food but I don't want to go there anymore because every time, the service is terrible. It's predictable, like clockwork. Seems the best solution is just not to eat there anymore.
customer service was very bad. I ordered a strawberry milk shake. The lady took my order and i Paid. After waiting 15-20 minutes in line to collect my order. The same lady told me that they don't have strawberry milk shake. I don't know I think she should know this before she take my order.one thing more even they had so much staff it took them 20 minutes to tell me that they don't have my order.
Told them 3 times - No meat and they repeated the order back to me twice. Came home and found out meat. They need to train their staff better instead of just focusing on how fast they get customers moving from their drive through.Ps. Has happened in the past several times. And no one answers the store phone.
I bought 3 vanilla cone and what I found a paper inside cone which they normally wrap outside of cone. Defect in cone itself. Worst experience from McDonald.
Wish I could give it 0 star, I ordered small sprite with fries n Big Mac. But I got “water” instead of sprite. I was sitting right there, waiting for the order, I heard an employee said “we are out of it” and they didn’t think abt telling me tht? Seriously, when I took a sip of it, I was shocked!! I tried to call 4 times, no one pick, seriously hate this place!
