Restaurant seating area was quite filthy and would have been easier to dine in but just not the experience I expected. Yes they were busy, but manager must not have bothered to look in dining area.
I ordered 2 poutines here on this location with extra gravy. When i got my order and opened my food, there was not even the regular amount of gravy(forget about extra amount) and no cheese. Then i went to the restaurant again and talked to the manager . But rather than being apollogetic, She was extremely rude.Pathetic customer service.
Never heard the phrase “ we don’t have “ at any McDonald’s ever, but at this location, they don’t have salads (which apparently got discontinued after covid?) also, no ketchup cups or ketchup. And when asked for bigmac sauce, they literally filled only 10% of the mini sauce cup lol I’m paying for the extra sauce, I did not understand the staffs confusion. Oh and they got my order wrong, which the manager fixed very professionally. The two stars are truly just for her. The other staff need to learn a little something from her.
We just went through the drive thru and a young man by the name of Alex, took our order was super patient, kind and friendly. I was having trouble with my app and he quickly talked me through it.He was extremely knowledgeable.I've experienced other staff members from various locations that merely just do the bare minimum. I felt like this guy went above and beyond. Rare to see now a days. It was very refreshing to see a very pleasant, hard workinggentleman at thus establishment. Kudos to him and the staff members that trained him.
This location is hit and miss. Sometimes superb... sometimes you get handed the completely wrong order or an order missing the key changes or additions. This also occurs when you order uber eats from this location.
Am not saying to overload it but bro please atleast put half … i think that would be the minimum requirement … after paying more than 5$….thankyou.-your regular customer.
Had to give 1 star as not giving star wasn’t even the option. Arrogance at its best at this drive thru. Staff was pathetic so does the shift manager. Just had this disappointing experience and thought to share. Hope someone who cares about customer will see this and arrange client experience training for the staff of this drive thru location. 9485 Missisauga road Brampton
Good fast service on drive thru, but if you order from the App, the drive up labe has no means of finding it. You have to go inside. This can be quite inconvenient, but I guess it is all locations.
Worst experience. Ordered poutine which was having less than small fries in quantity and went in to manager but she refused to exchange and not gave me refund. It was not fresh at all. Also, poutine gravy was very less. Rude lady manager with tattoo on arm doesn't even apologize but showed attitude.
Ambience, Both floor managers / Supervisors are great , staff energetic & polite. Clean place, food is fresh & They follow Covid protocol & Food Safety guidelines ♥️?????.
