The worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Drive thru is slow even when it's not busy(5am), if you go inside to order even worse. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost and check your order even if you're ordering a drink. Ordered a got a coffee got a hot chocolate. Ordered 2 fillet o fish neither had tartar sauce. Like come on who's preparing the orders robots.
My order number either never made it on the screen or got cleared right away.My coffee came then I had to wait for my 2smoothie.Staff should avoid clearing the screen before customer get their entire items as the HQ need real data not fake numbers.
I just treated my daughter to a happy meal about 45 minutes ago and while she was eating she found a red acrylic fingernail in her food while she was eating disgusting, but I guess it’s my fault because I should’ve not gone to McDonald’s cause I heard so many negative things about this location. This is my last time to McDonald’s. The staff have to be more careful with their nasty fingernails.
I treat my kids to takeout once a week And end up treating myself with some junk food as well. The last 4 times I went to this location they managed to mess up my order. I didn't think too much of it but I just got home and something again. I ask for additional tapping on my burgers. They always put a sticker but never add the toppings. See pictures attached. I even took the time to explain to the cashier this time. Something needs to be done about this I'm tired of getting ripped of just because I'm using the drive through and no sitting inside to eat where I can confront the manager. Why put the sticker if your not putting the stuff?
This is a very nice and well maintained McDonald’s location. My personal experience with one cashier during morning shift is really amazing. She was very helpful and got a great customer service attitude. This location has well maintained Covid-19 safety protocols. Staff is welcoming. Service is good. Overall it’s a nice location.
First go to first window in drive thru....then go to second window..then there is another window.....they advise me go to third window for your order....after three windows and 15min waiting time ..you get this..... great job McDonalds ...
Worst experience ever, extremely poor service. Food delivered was not what ordered. Ordered grilled Chicken with all topping, got it with mayo and grilled chicken only no toppings. Ordered kids meal with Cheese only burger, gave a chicken burger instead. Staff on the counter does not even know how to enter order. Had to spent 10 minute correcting the order. Find some better burger joint.
Ordered chicken sandwich and specifically requested twice to make sure there is no bacon in it. and guess what there was bacon bits in my sandwich. When called to express my concerns the manager didn't even listen and completely dismissed in rude manner, didn't even apologize. Never going again to McDonald's.
Just got served burnt burgers 6 of them and the staff were not properly covid equipped with most of them having masks below their chins, none of the employees wearing hair nets which just means that there is no one in this restaurant literate enough to know how to work in a restaurant. Not too mention their Ice cream was broken has been broken for a year now. McDonald’s either need to shut down them or change the franchise owner. Pathetic
This location has the worse service..this employee had 5 uber drivers waiting for deliveries and making orders 1 by 1 sooo slowww on Christmas and store was empty and drive thru had 5 cars....drivers were complaining and she was just non-chalante saying to drivers you have too wait too bad!! Mcdonalds is now a slowww food restaurant not fast food restaurant!! LolPaid deliveries should be priorty and have 2 staff members working skip/uber/doordash orders.THIS LOCATION has poor customer service...look shes giving hand gestures in the picture #unprofessional #retrainingEspecially night staff
