I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones but it’s upsetting that this team can provide such poor service all the time and be okay with doing so. I have only ever worked in food service, so I 110% understand mistakes happen. But the more I order from this McDonalds, the more I realize that it is more so them being careless employees.Tonight I ordered from here through DoorDash, I got the family bundle that serves three (2 sandwich combos and a happy meal).The Fries: Both only half filled. One of the containers had, what looked like, lipstick on a few of the fries and on the container.4pc Nuggets: Only received 3…Nugget Sauces: Ordered 2 bbq and 1 buffalo, received only 1 bbq.Big Mac: Mac sauce placed on not even one half of the burger, basically just at the edge of one side.We pay for the food, please meet at least the basic standards like proper food handling, putting correct amount ordered, and you know, maybe put the sauce on the middle of the burger?
Guess something broke down the day we went for pickup at the drive through as the cars were lining up and blocking the way and a lot of people honked. I found the ordering and pickup was quick though once we were able to go through.
This place used to be trusted for good customer service and hot food for the longest time (20+ years I can remember). But Now they just take the money and don't care about food temperature. I mean who am I really going to complain to? The manager is some Indian girl with blonde dyed hair and she has a attitude on her face all the time. Just miserable looking. And when she hands me my food, so does my food, it looks cold and miserable like her. Lose lose situation for a longtime customer. Some of these 5 star reviews shock me.
25 min wait in line up. Finally got served with cold food. Went back in line up for another 10 min to complain. They didnt evn apologize for serving you cold food. No respect or regard for customers money. Tried to give me less money back on refund. If you could understand the frustration of such disrespect. They lucky behind that glass window. Easy to catch a charge. Wasted hour of my life. I'll never forget those faces and attitude I got for being a customer and paying for my food. I never asked for anything free. I'm a paying customer.
Never had any issues at this location during my visits. Friendly staff, fresh food and coffees made perfect. Fast drive thru service. ??
Automatic Ordering System has been down for the entire weekend (not printing order) and despite letting the Management know, I went there the next day (Sunday) and there were still no functioning printing feature. Unless you memorize your order number, you are doomed.Plus I used my App on iOS to get a breakfast meal for $4.99 I ended up paying $10+. Despite asking to have it looked into, I was simply ignored and served my take out meal… with no napkin!!Even back in my village fo they provide napkins when serving you…Zero start if it was possible.
Slowest "fast" food establishment I have ever been too. Disgusting store as well."Vanessa" From guest relations - why don't you actually fix the issues in the store instead of giving away complimentary items to people who give 5 start reviews.. It clear there are some serious health policies not being met at your store. The health inspector should be at your store daily because none of the staff seems to understand basic hygiene. We returned a burger and it went right back onto the tray to serve to the next customer... this raises so many red flags that this store needs to be shut down.
Waited in a long line up for the drive thru - to be expected at this location. While the employee gave me the food, she assured me all of it was in the large bag. Grabbed the drinks and pulled away.... stopped to see if the happy meal my son ordered was in it and it was nowhere to be found. Had to walk in anyways to get what was missing and on top of that had to wait as well... I get it was busy, but be more efficient.
absolutely disgusting the way this store treats the walk in customers and the staff serving them. the young lady they had on cash was obviously very new to canada as she was unable to count change and needed to leave and ask for assistance on several occasionswe ordered 2 combos and one came with only the sandwichthe manger stated we could only have the fries from the orderthe store manager came to the front and totally throws his employee under the buseither way very disappointing
This is THE WORST McDonald's ever. Not once have they ever got a single order right going through drive thru or skip the dishes. Everyone in the store is usually complaining about the same thing. One of the worst things I've seen in any food establishment was when I returned my burger because they gave me the complete wrong item, and without any hesitation they took the burger back and put it right back on the order tray for the next person who ordered the same thing. This only happened in March of 2022 and I was disgusted.Owner of the store needs to clean house and rehire all new competent staff.1 star cause Google doesn't have a negative star rating yet
