Absolutely ridiculous location. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No idea how to take drive thru orders and then give the wrong items. Very rude and clueless. Sit at the window as it they’re doing you a favour by taking your order. Do better. Sort your staff out.
Spoons weren't in sundae, we asked for 4 medium smoothies and got 3 Medium one small. Sundaes and smoothies tasted immaculate tho. Thanks Elizabeth
Not sure why they have 2 drive thruways, literally useless I waited over 20 mins in line just to place my order. A homeless guy standing by the drive thru asking for money on a private property. Wow it’s makes me feel sad. Not sure why we have homeless people in Canada. Especially standing in private property should be prohibited. They have so many options in Canada that they should take advantage of.
Hands down the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to, ever...anyhere..ever. and consistently wins that distinction.. Most of the staff is actually quite friendly but it's obvious time management and Speedy service doesn't seem to be a factor with the management. At least the staff at the cashier isn't soliciting for you to write good reviews about them for some kind of reward anymore.
I made an online order. Went to pickup at the window which the app instructed me to(live). I was ignored by 3 employees…247 drive through. Perhaps they were closed? The least they could do was tell me how to refund my order.Still looking for a solution to get a refund.
Sat in drive thru for 50 mins. Get to speaker they say please wait. Then they take order from other speaker and person drives up. I’m waiting and second car pulls up to other speaker and they take his order. I yelled into my speaker to get their attention and tell them I am next. The girl says we are busy and hold. Meanwhile I had been trying to call restaurant to ask them a question so I don’t waste my time in line and they did not answer in the 50 minutes I tried calling over and over.
This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever been to. Tired twice drive through and had to park on the side both times for a simple order. 3rd time I tried the inside. Slooooow service. It was only another customer inside... Super dirty especially the area where you make your drinks, no napkins, no straws. Dirty dirty counter. I think it's badly under staffed and zero cleaning standards
Had a 20 minute conversation about Elon Musk with my dad and we were still in line. Fries didn’t have any salt at all, gave me the wrong sauce, and this car line is so long, I graduated college before having my food handed to me. In all seriousness, though, don’t go to this McDonalds. It’s not worth it, the customer service is horrible, and the line is always so long..
I went to McDonald's for the first time in 6 years. My two grandsons demanded Happy Meals for lunch. Talk about confusion, mismanagement customers in anger, line-ups.... all at one location at McDonald's Queen Street. If this the way the McDonald's works I know why this is my first visit in 6 years.... Sorry McDonald's.
Maybe you wouldn't have a car line up out the parking lot if you kept your establishment open to a reasonable hour. It's 10:25 and your lunch room is closed! That's nuts!? I see people unable to exit the lot, numerous collisions nearly happened within just a few minute span that I was waiting in a line 20 cars long. What is the motivation for a this? And if you say COVID 19 with health measures lowered, y'all just looking for a reason to not allo people inside.
