I was excited that Mary Brown's was doing a special and decided to try the location close to me.....HUGE mistake!!! Chicken was very greasy and they don't know the difference between a rib and a thigh!! I should've made the trek to the Georgetown location!!
I ordered 3 sandwiches and I pay for tomatoes on the sandwich look what she did there is no one do like that McDonald’s’s more batter quality than you for sure super cheap workIt’s not worth the money we spend 28 $ for sandwiches like that
Ordered burger with no mayo. Received the burger with mayo. Waited over 20mins for a new burger as they served burgers to other customers that came in after me. They ended up not giving me a new burger and had to ask for a refund. The owners if this location have a very inappropriate, childish, and rude way of interacting with customers. They messed up the order and to "get back" at me they had me sit and wait over 20mins for a burger that they ended up refusing to serve to me. Very disappointed.
The worst Mary Browns ever. Just finished grocery shopping in the area and was starving so I decide to get Mary Browns right in the same plaza. It was Friday evening & they literally had no staff & all the front person would do is take care of skip & Uber orders. Second of all, I placed my order for 2 sidekick sandwiches & clearly said NO MARY SAUCE, SUB MAYO. Then a poutine with SHREDDED CHEESE. The girl did not enter it in the system & I asked her if she got it , she said yes. Get my food, the sandwiches came with the Mary sauce I did not ask for and no mayo. I check my poutine & instead of shredded cheese I received cheese curds. My whole order was completely wrong. I give it back for them to remake. Get my 2 new sandwiches & AGAIN they put the wrong sauce. They then put SPICY MAYO. Not once did I say spicy mayo, and they argued with me about what I ordered and said it comes with spicy mayo…. No it does not because I order this same order all the time at another Mary Browns. Had to ask for a refund and leave as a hungry pregnant person because not 1 person there has sense. The service was TERRIBLE. I really do not recommend this place. Would give 0 Stars if I could to be honest & that’s even being generous
First time here as I am a vegetarian, they now have plant based this is why I went here and for 2 other meat eaters in my family. I asked for a plant based burger, the girl said, the original flavour and I said yes. I get the bag of food and look inside, no plant based burger and said this. The girl said it's in the little white package!! I took the package out and their version of a burger is a finger food bun and plant based crispy nugget!!! I couldn't believe it!! I said, are you kidding me, this is not enough to eat. Might of been good for a 3 year old to eat. I said, how much did this cost, she said $4!!! Usually they cost $10 which of course are an actual burger size. I think this place better start letting people know how big this plant based burger actually is!!! I go to Pizza Pizza usually and get theirs which is really good by the way but thought I would try this place. What a mistake I made. ??
Delicious food and amazing customer service! The owner is very caring and welcoming, and we always look forward to ordering from this location.
Ordered on skip the dishes last night and the chicken was literally rotten so we stopped eating it. This morning we went back to find it on the counter and it smelt like a rotting corpse. Really disappointed as it was my first time ordering from this location.
1st order, good crispy chicken popcorn.
This place is very busy on Monday evening's for this reason they should add more staff I ordered big Mary chickens sandwich and was told it's going to take 20 minutes with just two customers including myself waiting, I peep in the kitchen and noticed just two persons cooking please add staffers as needed or else you're going to loose customersBest.
Great food and much better than KFC...
