Better than PopeyesUPDATE: Do not order via the app.They do not start preparing the order until you dont show up!!UPDATE: This is literally the 12th time combined from all three Branches near my place..sandalwood,main street and Financial drive that they have made a mistake with my order. How can this happen everytime !! But I love their chicken and I cant stop not going back ..I just hope they can get my order right once... atleast once !
Food was fine, consistent with their other locations. Customer service was extremely lacking.I ordered online in advance to avoid any issues with the order because I knew it would be busy around dinner time.After waiting there for half an hour and walk ins being served and their orders processed. I had to talk to them before they even started working on my online order. I get it, your busy, but there needs to be some system to follow. A simple sorry after all the time wasted is garbage.

Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst……Place to pick up foodI can not exaggerate enoughThey don’t even apologize when they make you wait for 40 minutes.I have received delay reimbursement of 4$ in total which is big amount for delay. You can only imagine how much they make us wait. Owner should pay more attention on staff. Buying well established franchise is not enough.They have no fixed priority or first come first serve system.If you have delivery bag in your hand when you enter, you don’t exist to them. They won’t even look at you.Please DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THIS PLACE
Excellent chicken! Fresh, reasonable sized pieces. I’ve been looking for a kfc replacement and glad I tried this location. Had from another location and not impressed but this location was great!
My favorite chicken sandwich and it's also Halal Alhamdulillah ? its always fresh. I love Big Mary spicy chicken sandwich.
Quick and polite service. Great fast food. Not too greasy or dry. All around a great basic meal.
Amazing service. We asked for as much white meat as possible and they said sure would you like all white? That was amazing. We got it on a prompt time and when we got home it was pipping hot and amazing taste. We would go back there again no questions asked. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am writing this review because it is the third time being at this establishment and my experience in all three instances have been the same - rude staff, poor customer service and long wait times.The staff there have left such a bad impression with me, that every time I hear the name Mary Brown's I associate it with a slow, rude customer service.My last experience yesterday was the tipping point that led me to write this review.I am a Skip driver and have picked up orders from hundreds of restaurants, including other Mary Brown's establishments, but this location at 10045 Hurontario St (Hurontario/Bovaird) in Brampton is by far one of the worst restaurants I've had to deal with.Yesterday I arrived at the restaurant to pick up an order for a customer. I joined the line of customers waiting to order. I had my food bag with me so it was easy to identify me as a delivery driver. The elderly man at the front correctly recognized this then gestured to me and in a raised tone said "Go to the side".I complied. Whilst waiting, another delivery driver entered the restaurant and came to the area where I was standing so that he can announce his order number. As soon as this driver had an opportunity to announce his order number to staff, the same elderly man, in a very rude manner told him to go back outside and get his food bag.After about 15 minutes waiting, the elderly man inquired my order number. I gave it to him. A few minutes later, they brought out a bag and placed it in front of me and went back to the kitchen. Nothing was said to me.I asked if that bag was my order. The elderly man, yet in another rude tone and without even looking at me, said "Just wait. There is more".A several minutes later another kitchen staff member brought out another bag.I waited in the store for a total of 25 minutes for my order to be prepared.Not a single member of staff apologized for the lengthy and unreasonable delay.In addition, I was faced with rude staff as well as being a witness to the poor customer service received by another driver.Yesterday was the last straw for me. As a delivery driver, time is money. The restaurant's inefficiency affected my income yesterday and the previous two occasions I picked up from them.I won't be accepting any orders from that location in future.Hopefully this location gets it act together before they are avoided by other drivers and customers.
