The shop is average, too pricey for the quality of the ice cream. Way too much of food colouring used in ice-cream. We bought cotton candy and mango. Both was way too much food colouring. Also, the cotton candy flavour was not good. Due to covid restrictions, taste testing before buying was not allowed before buying.
These people are not even worth a star. If you own a business be mindful of it. You cannot just work for money sake, there is something called ‘custome service’ which these people happens to know nothing about it. They cannot cope up with long lineups, the store workers aren’t trained enough to provide quality items. The ice cream we ordered was all messy, they did not mix it the way it should.Get some training and customer service skills. Would not at all recommend going to this place!
I started coming here for milkshakes after starting work in this area. The taste is top quality. Miss Anita whom I see there when she is working always delivers the best customer service. Very nice and passionate about what she does. Give her a raise sometime. :)
Large selection of ice cream in this store. Plenty to choose from however, there's a sign there that says "No Samples". Staff is friendly and polite. There a ton of parking outside as it's located in a power center. No chairs inside yet and there's still a lockdown right now. Stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands! Pandemic or not, it just makes good hygiene sense!
DO NOT purchase from this marble slab. The owners should be kicked out of the franchise for how RUDE they are. I recieved an ice cream cake for my birthday from this marble slab and it was awful (see pics below). It had no taste and it was essentially a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Considering it is a 50$ ice cream cake I was quite disappointed. Since I cant bring an ice cream cake back because I am a busy person and also I saw the other negative reviews I decided to contact customer service. Customer service was nice enough to give me a free cake. Unfortunately I dont have another marble slab close to me and had to go to the one we got it from. Honestly I thought the first cake was a mess up and was looking forward to getting another one. I brought the coupon to the owners and they essentially got mad and started being so rude to me I cant even describe. They told me how they”dont make bad cakes” and were accusing me of submitting a complaint online. I did receive the cake the coupon promised but not after being harassed. I told the people around me not to buy their cakes and to take a look at how rude they were being to me and the owner lady started FILMING ME. And she told me “it’s time to get out buddy” I hope marble slab corporation does something about these horrible people running this business. Please take my advice and do not purchase from this store.
I ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend , it was Lactose free and couldn't be any happier. The cake was really good and my boyfriend loved it . The Manager was very helpful and professional. Will definitely be going back there.
Excellent service Anita was amazing the cake was excellent what I asked for it my husband was so happy with his cake my guests couldn't get enough of it in a couple minutes the cake was gone ? thank you so much❤️❤️??

Go to place for ice cream. We always get a friendly service from the lady there and they have a great choice of flavours. Highly recommended!!
My girlfriend and I come here often, and will continue to do so in 2022 and beyond. The service is exceptional, the manager makes great conversation, and the dessert is phenomenal. For me, this establishment exceeds all expectations of an ice cream parlour. The best that Brampton has to offer!
