Go to place for all groceries, flowers, and bakery items. The strawberry cake is a hit, order that if you ever have a function everyone will love it
Great store overall!!! I shop there all of the time. Very good meat section. If they could make cuts of meat thicker, it would be ideal! I don't like and never buy thin steaks. The quality of meat is the best of all stores that I visited. Veal liver is also tasty. ADVICE: Please sell pasture-raised eggs, more variety of grass-fed butter, and grass fed beef and lamb from New Zealand as well as Canadian grown. Sell more real healthy food and less processed and plant-based garbage.
Last week i went to longo’s to ordered a Unicorn cake for my daughter’s birthday. They said they can make it but didn’t had any picture to show me. Earlier i was apprehensive about the look but when i received the cake i was pleasantly surprised and super happy to see it. Plus the rate as well as taste was also bang on : )And the good part was that my daughter and all the guests in the party loved it too ? i wish if i can give more than 5 star to longos bakery…..

Produce is generally of excellent quality with good availability as well, similar to other longos locations.Having frequently bought cakes here, I have observed that the quality in terms of freshness for the readily available items at the counter has drastically reduced. In some instances the cake had totally gone stale(although they have a refund, but it's a hassle to not enjoy the cake and instead run to return it). Some other locations are not having this issue, where generally it's of good quality or simply not available. No one likes to eat a cake that breaks into crumbles while eating.
The quality of Longo’s fruit and vegetables is very high, the freshest produce around! Lots of parking at this location and a wine store inside too! Definitely the best customer service among grocery stores.

The worst experience ever! I was at this location on 28/11/21at 7.30 pm; noticed that the manager on duty( Dairy department, Michael) was having his mask loose around his neck and was coughing on the products while price checking. After watching this for a good 15 minutes, I approached him.Although I requested him to wear the mask as he is exhaling and coughing on the food products directly, he refused by stating " it's my choice, I have a medical exemption, you have no right, go ahead call police, I will be here". I raised the complaint to another manager by the name Sara who completely supported her collegue by stating" it was a long 9 hr shift, if we allow people to come in without mask, our employees should have the right not to wear a mask as well" . When I noticed that Michael had finally decided to put his mask on (while we were talking to Sara), I mentioned to him that I was glad to see him wearing his mask again. Immediately, he pulled his mask down , came so close to my face & yelled" not now, go complaint to Dave". He later followed us to outside until we reached the parking lot only to continue the argument. I have never encountered such an unprofessionalism in my life. I have moved on with the complaint at multiple levels. I am hoping to see my public advocacy getting a result and he follows safety / hygiene measures appropriately.
