I used to be there every wk. New mgmt is terrible to the staff!
Was there last night on Thursday July 14th for diner. I was shocked first of all with the hospitality from the hostess. Not even a simple Hello or Hi or Welcome! No basic skill in hospitality. The food was nothing then disgusting. Everything was cold and even the brevage was served with a peice of plastic in it.. Seriously they should just closed down. The restaurant it self was empty beside one guy at the bar and two people at one table inside. Seriously this is the lowest I think a restaurant can present himself. I give -100 on 10 So ? bad.
Nice, spacious patio in a convenient location but it could use some more shade coverage.Inside decor and layout is great too!Most of the Food is average, but the nachos are delicious. Definitely get more of those.Biggest complaint is the tiny size of the bathroom stalls - no room to turn around or open the door back up easily once you’re inside! :( That’s hard to get past.
We went there for supper this evening. I've been going here since it opened and every time I visit. We ordered the fajitas for two this evening and very disappointed on the portion cut back. It was enough basically for one. The price of $52.00 was definitely not worth it.
The quality of food is definitely not the greatest. So many better joints to enjoy some ribs. I wasn’t pleased with my meal at all. Lone star is exactly what this place is.
My family was looking for somewhere eith halal options and a nice patio, we found the perfect place at Lone Star.All chicken is halal and a lovely patio. We Had a great dinner experience thanks to the staff and manager, above and beyond service. Felt like a VIP. My wife and I shared nachos and chicken fajitas, my son had chicken strips and fries from the kids menu. All very good even the kid's chicken strips was very good quality. Thank you to the staff and manager!
At first when I heard about this place, I was not sure whether I should try it out but this place blew me away. It's beautiful and clean. My server was extremely nice and took care of me during my dine in visit. I ordered the Lone Star Chicken Wrap which blew my taste buds as well as my mind. I couldn’t have enjoyed it without the service of my server who was serving me at Trigger Section. She ensured that my needs as a customer were met as well as any food restrictions were taken account for. I really enjoyed my food and my experience. Everyone who is looking for a pleasant experience but still a restaurant that goes above and beyond in their theme and food should really give this place a shot.
We were there for a party of 7. Trigger out waitress was great! Super nice. But that is pretty much the only great thing I would say about our dinner experience.The service was a little slow, even though the place wasn't full.Our food was super dry, and some of us the food came cold.4 out of the 7 girls all had stomach issues that night. We feel the common item we all had was the sauce from the Aligator bites.Sorry to say we will not be returning.
Came here on Valentine’s Day weekend. Reservations were easy. Food was great. Manager was amazing. She noticed we had been waiting long for our meals (we didn’t feel it was that long) and ensured our experience was amazing. First restaurant experience after 2 years and it was fabulous - the food and device. We got chimichangas, quesadillas, fish tacos, sizzling chicken fajitas etc. and it was all great!
We have been coming to LoneStar Brampton location since August last year and we received consistently great service and food every time. This Sunday was not an exception either. Shout out to the Sunday crew from the Manager to the server and the chef. Better food and service than we have ever recieved at similar franchised restaurants like Boston Pizza, Jackastors, Montanas and yes their prices are still better.
