I must say we are highly disappointed with our dinner tonight. Lily Thai, has been on our list to order from Uber eats for a while. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. The dumplings were soggy, bland, tasteless and had some weird red dye sauce on them. Our chicken wings had an old oil taste to them and the Thai general was meh. And to top it off the fortune cookies were stale, the kind of stale you can smell. What a terrible experience this was. Such a waste of money.. in the garbage it goes :/

This is a good thai place. I can understand with their prices people will have high expectations, but my experience overall was satisfactory. The staff was nice and friendly, the washrooms were clean. The food was quick.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. I ordered pad thai and drunken noodles and it was bland, soggy and and the chicken tasted like cardboard, just no flavour whatsoever- completely un edible- I had to throw both dishes out. I will never order from here again.

Went there for Queen Kay's birthday and ate until we could not move. Food was seasoned and prepared well. Service friendly and accomodating. Clean and elegant inner decor - great for celebrating birthdays, ladies day/night out or just for a great dine--outexperience.

One fine evening, I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering chicken Pad Thai for takeout from this restaurant. When I took one look at this dish and took one bite from it, I was utterly disappointed at the deplorable quality of it. The noodles were barely mixed with what was a vapid excuse of a sauce. The chicken, as scarce as its quantity was, tasted like cardboard and would barely qualify as meat. Despite the fact that this dish had negligible flavour, it was quite overpriced. The audacity of this was alarming, especially in today's economy. Even after making the desperate attempt of sauteing this dish with my own seasonings to try to bring an ounce of life to it in order to make it somewhat edible, its case was simply hopeless. This experience has burdened me with considerable trepidation of encountering another horrid Pad Thai dish ever again.(*If there was a zero star option, that is what would have been ideal for the quality of the food from here.)

I never post on restaurants really cause I don't want to take business away from anyone... but it was really that bad. I ordered the orange cashew stir-fry and there were no cashews... like absolutely none. It was just giant chunks of veggies in a bland sauce. The prices are outrageous for what you get. I recommend Freshly Thai if you want a truly great experience (I would have gone there today but it was closed).

Ordered the Drunken Noodles with Shrimp and Thai Lemongrass w/ chicken. Noodles came with 4 shrimps, for $18, I expected better than that. Noodles were actually good. The Thai Lemongrass is nothing as pictured, comes in a red/orange very oily sauce with big pieces of red/green sweet peppers and couple pieces of broccoli. No mushrooms carrots but most importantly no flavour there was no taste or even notes of ginger or even lemongrass.I understand businesses are trying to recover after being shut down for so long, and would love to support them, but you’ve gotta do better than this.Second time eating at Lily Thai and most likely my last, sad to say.

Lucy was very friendly and helped me pick out some of their favourites off the menu. We did take out, the food was still warm and it was tasty. The coconut rice was good, jasmine lacked a little flavour but rest of the items were cooked well. The chicken was a little smelly hence the 4 star. Will try them again though!

I ordered House Special Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup for the first time and I promise this was also the last time. I read the ingredient before ordering food, which looked normal, but my Pad Thai came with a bright red color (?) and it was SOUR. Like, very very very sour, also the Tom Yum (yes yes the Tom Yum supposed to be sour but this one was just bland and sour, like you're throwing stuff into boiling water without seasoning). Personally, I like sour food and I've tried Thai food for many times, yet I could not handle this one.Still, I have not tried their other dishes and maybe some of them are actually good, or maybe they were just not in the mood to season my food.

I'm sorry but if there was a no star option I would go with that. I've been eating at this place for years, but recently I found that they are not keeping up their end. I've been there twice since Nov 2021 -- while I am not complaining about their service their food / cooking quality is non existent. Granted I cannot expect authentic Thai in Brampton but it need to be fairly close. The veggie and tofu drunken noodle dish I ordered tasted like salty pad see ew with two tiny pieces of tofu. The Thai basil chicken stir-fry was do disappointing for a flavourful dish. While I cannot complain that the chicken quantity was less because it did have enough chicken. But the chicken was cut into huge chunks (half of my palm) and retained no flavour had zero the basil flavour for the dish as a whole and seems slapped together. I rarely put out review but I was so disappointed with the quality of food from Lilly Thai recently that I have to say something --I'm not sure if management has changed or the chef but currently they seen to be riding on the coat tails of a what Lilly Thai used to be. -- will not be wasting $18 plus a dish on this dissapointment.
