Now usually when I go here for take out I am always happy with the meals I get, however this time I got delivery on Uber Eats and have various complaints.The coke I ordered was not given, I ordered a 12” chicken shawarma wrap and they gave me an 8” one, and I ordered a L chicken on the rocks and I noticed that the taste along with the quantity was not as good as it use to be.I don’t know if they are just different with delivery orders than take-out, but I was not happy with what I got.(I had not planned to write a review at the time so unfortunately I did not think to take pictures of my meal)
The beef on the rocks is... yeah no. I ordered a large of this for the first time and the beef tasted sour. Had to, knowing its a sin (I'm sorry), had to throw more than half of it (ive never, not once, thrown food out. Really guilty for wasting food). The texture, the closest thing i could think of is either corned beef or mash potatoes. There were barely chunks of actual meat like u would get from a chicken on the rocks. So for this, I cant recommend the beef on the rocks from here. The chicken on the rocks, maybe. But too much inconsistencies from one restaurant to another. One is better, one is bad, one is ok and so on.
Worst place ever. I asked for double chicken and they doubled stale fries for the hefty price. This is the worst place to have shawarma. If you want to osmos or other place. They also cheat. My bill was $18 and they asked for $45 thinking I won't know they are asking for more. I checked price for each item on my order and then she was like that's tax.. who pays 20 dollar tax $18 food. Please be safe and take care. WORST PLACE TO GET FOOD. CHEATERS
Got 2regular half and half chicken from this location. And one of them had almost no chicken + very less sauce. I called them to inform and they were asking to send photos from personal number which i wasn’t comfortable at all. But still i did . I paid for chicken not for zero chicken and only fries and rice. I have been to a lot other locations and i know how much quantity of chicken comes in half and half. If you guys really want to enjoy your lazeez experience, drive a little extra and visit some other location
Got flafal wrap and it was more tasty as compared to the other locations.
They are the best in the town. Ordered half n half chicken with garden salad. The service was real quick and food tasted so good. And i really liked your friendly service.?

( A review from someone who has been eating regularly from here for about a year or so because it’s so close by but have had it since today.) Ordering more than 1 item? expect something to be wrong with your order when you get it 9/10 times. burned chicken taste in your mouth is very unpleasant but expect at least a bite to come with every order. The rice they use for the “on the rocks” is a hit or miss often miss. Ordering in the evening? most of the time you will get a portion of rice that has an unusually extra sweet and oily metallic taste to it. The front desk cashier girl will never hear your order the first time you say it, from what i’ve seen a couple of the girls there confuse the orders and talk among each other all while the customers are standing watching… only 3 customers in the store ordering at the moment? still expect a minimum 8-10 min delay for u to get your food. there is only one guy working there who is an amazing worker and should take credit for holding it together. I’ve been to many Lazeez locations but this one in particular just can never seem to do it right, anyone who’s had lazeez or osmows from any where else will know what i’m talking about here i’m sure concerns …
I ordered on the uber at first I was having some problem in my order so I called at resturant and the name guy anuj picked the call and he helped me and ask me to call uber. After 30 mints I called them back and a girl name Smaira picked the phone and helped me in resolving my problem. I requested her to prepare my food as soon as possible as it was my and my daughter’s dinner as well. She made it in just 10 mints. I really appreciate both Anuj and Smaira for helping us and understanding my problem. I personally asked their names to appreciate them. such a helpful and polite staff.
Used to be regular here but this place has lost its charm. Food quality & customer service is going down day by day. After all everyone is paying for food & expect good food & service. Management should check & take necessary steps. God Bless.
