Ordered 2 chicken on rocks and the quantity of chicken was so low , it tasted like we are just eating rice with garlic sauce. Staff is friendly but food quality is very poor..
this lazeez location is honestly the best in the city! amazing food amazing staff especially the owner! he is incredible at customer service and making u feel comfortable while ordering and also dining in. i would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a friendly shawarma spot.
I used to really enjoy this location. The food was good and the workers were polite. I had not visited in about a year and within the last week had 2 bad experiences. The first time, it was a simple mix up of ingredients which I let go because I placed the order on the phone and I figured the person may have misheard. The second time, I went yesterday afternoon and had an unpleasant experience with the person taking an order. I am not sure why he was so rude and arrogant. I was placing an order for Falafel, and he asked which toppings I want. I was going down the list (I got 2 falafels) and I told him, no olives, no cucumber, no turnip. He very rudely said, why don't you just say you want all the toppings. Why are you listing them all? When I told him I'm not listing all of them he became defensive started arguing. I said okay let's try this again. Despite me saying my order slowly, they still MESSED IT UP!. The person making the sandwiches was nice, so it's not his fault. It was solely the fault of the person taking the order. I noticed he did the same thing with the next 2-3 customers as well. Hopefully the management can look into this attitude and customer service.
Soent 45 $ for 2 platters and 1 on the rocks super rude and bad food was served the person serving with a earring showed no courtesy to warm the cold old shawarma and did not as if we wanted fries or potato when we requested fries he argued and upon asking refund he said no… and could not cook fries at 7 30 ….. worst lazeeez … not recommended save your money and time

Man put much sauce in the wrap and rice. My stomach got upset after eating to much salty & saucy shawarma.
Every time I go in the guys there are friendly, attentive, and provide both great service and a great product. Whether it's their Shawarmas in a wrap or on the rocks, their hummus and pita combinations, or their salads, I've never gone wrong there. Any time I'm in the area, I'm there at least once per week. Strongly recommend.

I tried chicken wrap this evening. Food is amazing and excellent customer service. Especially the south Indian guy was very nice.
Always on top of favourite list. Who so ever is fond of chicken must try there chicken on rocks with extra chicken. All others are also the best.
