Customer service very poor. i have allergies of some food. I requested them please do not add this item. server who prepare food she use that topping in falafel . i ask her i requested not to use that topping, instead of making new one she tries to collect topping, when i refuse she throw some and use same bread which doesn't make sense for allergies. terrible experience.
M regular customer of lazeez shawarma. Always got disappointed by their service. I always tried not to give a bad review about them but now its over. They never gave me fork or spoon or tissue may be they think i carried all the time in my bag my whole kitchen stuff. This time i got hair in my food. Wish there would be less then a one star option i would have choose that. They do not even deserve one star rating.

Not really clean if you see in the pictures, I was surprised most are. MAYBE the fact this was run by kids .No hair nets .......they had or it least two phones out earpods inI would never go to the mountain ash location again sorry
The worst mixed shawarma platterI ever had. From rice to chicken and beef. Potatoes were so cold also didn’t even get the salad right. Taste is so off and to top it off how was I supposed to enjoy my meal with no utensils. Bad experience total waste of money and time. Will definitely avoid in the near future.
This location is hit or miss, some workers are nice when you go in but usually they aren’t courteous whatsoever and some of the girls don’t wear masks properly. I’ve ordered several times from ubereats and other delivery services and there is ALWAYS less food, which is ridiculous considering you have to buy a combo on uber eats. there NEEDS to be a change in staff, the young girls there seem to have more fun talking than working, also, I’m unsure why when it’s not even an hour before closing they never have fries. do better lazeez.
Many casual lunch spots in town but Mountainash Lazzezz location does the best with its wide ranging, distinctively appetizing and undoubtedly fresh food." The skinny cashier girl on the cash counter needs to be polite,calm and she needs to learn customer service and understand that she isn’t there to fight with people for no reason. I never saw that much arrogant and egoistic lady in my life and my first visit was messed up by her because of her ridiculous, unwelcoming,over-retaliating behaviour. Please restaurant, the major part you should pay attention to,is this slim cashier girl. I wish i had never visited your restaurant after having met her.
ORDER AND PAY FOR MEALS ON SKIP THE DISHES ....Get a call from restaurant later saying they can't supply my order would i like a substitute ?? If i wanted a substitute i would have ordered it ......Cancelled my order ...what a waste of time ...Some businesses do not deserve to last past COVID ....This is one of them ..
Worst customer service ever.I came to pick up a doordash order which was showing it will be ready in 5 mins but the staff was very rude. It was not even busy and the customer ordered only 1 item but the employee refused to prepare the order saying that it’s showing 14 mins on the store app.Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for anything since the staff gives worst service
