This location has let me down so many times. I ordered before some items with no spice and they sent the whole order super spice. Another time the order We got was all wrong. But yesterday really did it for me, we ordered the large chicken on the rocks and there was hardly any chicken. Is like they covered it with the sauce like we wouldn’t notice. Not ordering from them again. I suggest order from a different location.
I paid for chicken shawarma platter and not rice only. Where is the chicken ?? The kitchen staff is impolite and not putting chicken in the platter. It is not coming out of your pockets guys. I hope the owner sees this
I have ordered a chicken on the rocks extra spicy extra chicken extra garlic…but the taste was awful…seems like garlic is diluted with water and has no taste capared to other stores.
I don’t know what happened to the quality of Lazeez stores. I paid almost 13$ for a medium chicken half and half and this what I got. I collected all the chicken on the top and it’s not even a proper share.Guys, I am not paying you money to feed me only rice. You really need to understand that a CHICKEN shawarma needs CHICKEN. The worst part is that their glass top is so dirty that you can’t even see how much portion of chicken they’re putting because then they load it up with generous sauce (not complaining about the sauce) and you don’t even see the chicken.I hope the owner sees this and responds back because the girl who served me was absolutely not bothered about the service. You get your inventory from the suppliers not from your own home that you have to ration on the chicken portion and give loads of rice.
I am so disappointed,they charged me for complete thing but did not add proper salad, also when I opened my box their was long hair on it.Pictures are attached belowI would request guys please do not visit this place trust me it’s the most disgusting place to eat
Very quick turnaround time. Food is fresh and delicious. I had the chicken platter, and it's more than enough for 2 meals. They give lots of value for money. It's also one of the only halal spots in the area open very late in the night.
There is a reason why this place is rated a 3.9 for a reason. STAY AWAY!I had the worst experience I've ever received. Tonight I ordered 3 Lazeez on the rocks for myself and my two children. When we sat down to eat our meal, it tasted very dry and the sauce was horrible! The garlic sauce tasted like mayo. It had no flavour to it what so ever and it was very runny. The rice was also over cooked and was very soggy as well. I called the store and spoke to the manger. She did not apologize, but advised me to bring the food back to the store and that she would give me a refund. When I arrived to the store, the manager said that because we already had taken a few bites of our food, she would not be able to give me a refund. $35.00 of my time and money down the drain and now I have no dinner for myself or my kids. I will never go back to this location again.
okay, so I literally just throw the food, as it was so horrible.We paid for the garbage actually, . the chicken on it was not even cooked, it was all pink from inside, fries were cold. The food was so annoying. I will not recommend this place at all.
Rediculas service and unhealthy preparation.... I had bought Shawarma on the rocks from the Chinguacousy and Queens location in Brampton. When I came home and started eating, after few bites, I noticed a suspicious substance in my food . I went to the store to show them the suspicious substance. The lady simply said we have a standard serving, if you want then take or leave it. When I asked that I would like to talk to the manger, they said we do not have a manager here. Then I said can I get a phone number of the manger or franchisee owner. The lady said we do not have their number.
I ordered for my chicken shawarma from this restaurant. But I think they forgot to check my order. They didn’t put a single piece of chicken in my shawarma. I got only rice and fries.
