Frustrating experience!! I had been there to collect the food around 10pm at night, the staff were busy chit chatting among themselves, no one bothered to check on customers. Around 5-6 customers were waiting along with me to finish their talk. One of the staffs was busy taking the order from a customer, but the other 3 were busy gossiping! I had to wait literally 10 mins to collect my already prepared food after I raised my voice.
Worst Lazeez location ever, even on platter they charge you extra for lentil rice and garlic sauce when it's say it's included. Worst customer experience
The service is super slow despite of 3 girls working at that time. I ordered one flafal wrap and waited for half an hr . Also one of the girls had earphones on, this is their professionalism . Overall it wasn’t the best experience i had. Management should pay attention in the kitchen.
Fast service and delicious food. I only had a short time to eat and still managed to have lunch anyway because they were quick and friendly with their service.
I tried this place after my go to shawarma restaurant was closed. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food. They give so much rice and less chicken. The rice was not even basmati rice.The overall taste was disappointing and to make matters worse my food had a long hair in it.
All.the fries have black dots on them and this means they r using dirty oil and over all this lazeez tastes funny even the chicken it's shredded up fine fine n its mushy n has a bad taste to it ... I would not recommend like I honestly can't even eat this and it's gonna go to waste not even half way done
They put wayyy wayyyy WAYYYYYYYYYYY too much sauce on my order!!!!And the beef shawarma meat was so sour!!!!I was so upset and just threw it on the trash.And I swear to myself I will never ever go order to this place again, and I will warn my friends and family to never ever try this restaurant!.
Asked for two platters, one with rice and one with fries. The lady gives me two on the rock dinners...I told her I asked for platters and she starts telling me the platter doesn't have fries, but she didn't tell me this before just making me two on the rock plates... Ok then so I asked if my fries platter has salad and she says no...What?!? She then says she will see the price difference to add the salad!!! It should be free after YOUR mistake!!! This was my first and last time going to Lazeez...
I've been to many Lazeez Shawarma and Osmow's locations, however this is by far the best location. They make the best fries and chicken dinner. Highly recommended.
nice clean place, the owner is respectful and responsive. the prices are affordable. has outdoor seating as well as plenty of parking.One note though, take mild spicy as medium was too spicy.
