Made customers wait as they packed orders, even when 2 employees were available. My order sat on counter and drive thru employee asked me what I was waiting for, then gave me my order. 4 orders behind mine had been filled already. Took over 20 mins from ordering to leaving with takeout. Fast Food?? I will never return to this location. Just awful service and food, nothing to desire. Should of read all the 1 star reviews before going in.

Terrible food. The French fries were so stale it tasted like previous day French fries that were deep fried again. The popcorn chicken was not fresh. It tasted like the previous day. The service was not up to par. Not even a Thank you from them. This location and Torbram location is terrible. Never having KFC again. Going back to Church's fried chicken. The food is much fresher andtastier and of course pieces of chicken is bigger.

This is not a nice place to get a drive thru order. When we ordered they asked to come around in 3 minutes. There were three more cars in front of us and it took 14 minutes and the order was still not ready and when we said about this delay they did not apologize and was rude. We checked the order on the way and one item was missing. So we had to go back again. Any way they gave us a refund. Hope this review will help them to understand the value of the time of their customers and improve in the future. We also saw others coming back and complain.

Very stingy people. They give you one sauce and expect you to give them a dollar for another. Super rude employees. They share a space with Taco Bell and apparently ran put of hot sauce. I don't know who hired them, literally the worst staff and atmosphere. L restaurant

Worst KFC burger ever had.Time 1:35pm , 1st May 2022- Sunday.Worst customer service, they serve garbage burger and do not even care to warm it and when if ask them to warm it properly, these guys will just keep the sandwich aside for sometime and give you back the same one.Avoid avoid avoid this location - KFC Tacobell on Airport/ Triple Crown intersection opposite Tim’s.** DO NOT GO **Thank me later!!

You really need to change your employees. I ordered plant based burger and ask for extra sauce but instead of put extra sauce, they did not even put regular sauce, just put sauce on one side of burger and it has happened 2nd time and 1st time, they gave me stale burger petty. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR STORE. If it will be possible then i will give you 0 star.

I went to Taco Bell .. I used to like it but men crunchwrap supreme is nothing but bread and lettuce there might and I say might have been a teaspoon of beef in there. I understand profit and tiny portions but my goodness I opened up the crunchwrap and I genuinely think there was only a teaspoon of beef. Nine people in line only one cashier dealing with Uber/Skip, people in line and people bringing food back for whatever reason. This location in my opinion has a lot of work to do. When I got there there were three people in line and three people waiting for their food when I left there was about nine people in line and four people waiting for their food. When I got there I think I saw one card that drive through this was at like 4: 30pm. Definitely going to try another location around the same time just to compare

If I could give them a zero I would!! The worst KFC in town.I have hoped that they would have improved over the years but instead their service has decreased.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!

First of all your review score matches your customer service! Terrible! Clearly you have staff members who need training. First thing you need to do is stop ringing your little annoying bell and stop stalling me when I’m ordering to buy yourself time by asking me to wait for no reason. Then to top it off YOU hear the wrong thing and when I come back around the first thing your staff member “Simran” had to say to me was that I placed my order wrong??? Please train your staff on customer service. I am politely asking you to correct my order so you should politely rectify it period. After that I say thank you, then you tell me to have a good evening. I say you as well and we’re done. Now you will have successfully completed a great visit for both you and I even though YOU made a mistake on my order, very simple, not that hard, you get my business and I get to eat.

This location is such a hit or miss honestly. First of all please reference the photo below for the SADDEST poutine you’ll see. Seriously guys, we get that it’s fast food and speed and efficiency is important, but this is just disgraceful. I can’t believe I had to pay for this. Would have been better off with the 13 dollars from my combo, saved in my account.Do better at not rushing, and I’m sure every issue that people bring up about this place would be solved.
