i went to this location for my lunch through their drive thru. I ordered a popcorn chicken with cheese fries and a drink. I was asked what dipping sauce i would like with that, to which i said honey mustard.The guy at the take out window took my cash and proceeded to hand me out my order. Once i had everything I had to ask him for my change, my guess is he was hoping i would forget about it and pocket it as his tip.After getting my change, i left to go eat my lunch. Surprise, no dipping sauce in the bag at all. Then when i took a look at my receipt i noticed i was over charged for the cheese fries. Neat little trick, charge for chili cheese fries minus the chili. Simply put brutal experience and i will never go back. Spoke to the manager and she was completely useless, the lack of respect towards the customer is unbelievable. Wish i could give zero stars.

I went threw the drive thru, the order was taken in a calm way, nothing hustle bustle, food was good, the girl saran working on drive window was also very perfectionist and had a great sense of responsibility to deal with customers.
Something changed with the zinger/spicy big crunch burgers. Smells absolutely awful. Got it a second time and still the same odd taste and smell.
Honestly just try a different location. Soggiest fried chicken and fries I ever had. The kitchen is overstaffed as well and the food was not fresh at all. This place just focuses on sending the food as fast as they can out. This isn't a factory, its a restaurant. take your time and focus on the quality of the food not about sending a bucket out in 30 seconds. That was the first red flag
They gave us stale food. I spent so much money, very disappointed.The chicken was soggy and probably sitting there for hours! I just wish nobody gets food poisoning.
I find the miserable comments about a fast food restaurant's (mostly drive thru) orders ABSURD. Probably 1 out of 25 will have something wrong it genius, deal with it. I suggest checking your precious food before speeding away. Keep up the great effort guys, it's not that serious.
Love the 2 for $6 deal. Drive through needs to be fixed. Drive through window is very close to the curve especially when you drive a pickup truck it’s very tight.
