Hello I'd like to say that I got some food from here tonight a bucket of chicken with fries supposed to be gravy and coleslaw instead I received a macaroni and I had no gravy it was quite disappointing as a Mother's Day gift it was didn't have time to come back and get the gravy but I have to say that the chicken was fresh fries were fresh and The taste was fantastic but we really did miss our gravy
I got 2 chicken sandwich with fries. Chicken in both sandwiches were stale, not fresh and very dry that it was hard to chew it. Seems like chicken was very old/leftover. Fries was also not fresh and did not taste good. I had to throw out both the sandwiches. Very bad experience
Bought this chicken sandwich today. It really looks good but after the first bite , it taste like so greasy , used oil for a long time .and if you take a look on the chicken meat , its not cook through , smells bad .
Had Urge for deep fried chicken.The correct place to be at.Had traditional KFC lunch. Enjoyed it .Good to do once in awhile..
One of the worst KFC’s around , always exhausted of stuff sometimes they don’t have bowls , straws , drink dispenser has water mostly , short of staff
This location is the finest joke you can find in Brampton. Everyday in the afternoon and evening this one spot is out of chicken with 20 minutes + waiting times, foul odors from burnt oil, staff can barely speak English. I see the owner is always on his phone maybe finding buyers for this soon to be closed franchise.
The service was below expectations, some how the bucket felt worst than before. But the sandwich is still great
I went to this location a few weeks ago at 9:10 pm, I ordered Big Crunch sandwich. The lady said the chicken Patty was old and its almost closing time so they won’t make any more. I went to kfc cherry crest location which is 10 minutes away, and was able to get the sandwich without any issues and it was fresh as it could be. Unfortunately the food at this location is always a little stale for some reason.
Slow claps for the manager who refused to tell her name. She doest even have a “Polite” word in her dictionary. people these days , ain’t scared to lose their jobs lol. They are so confident in being rude to people. I was told you can only sit here in kfc unless you buy some kfc food . I was like what ? . Who made her manager . She denied me to sit in just cuz she had to clean the table after awards . She was not even wearing a her batch . She told me her pet name petal . You have to be professional while ya working. Ridiculous. If there would be an option for 0 star ⭐️ rating i would have given this kfc just cuz of her .There s way to talk thats “sir this is not allowed, would you mind to do this or that . Their customer service is fast.... Generally speaking, although KFC is delicious, I don't get full from their meals.
