I always love the place, nice staff and fresh food. Recommended.
I went in and no one was there. No line up and the staff did not come to take my order. The man and girl that was up front just ignored me and went to the back. I walked out and thought why do that . so I went back in with my phone on video and no one came again. I decided to leave the store. I will be calling head office to file an official complaint.
Horrible chicken wings and the manager Pawan was not cooperative and kept saying that chicken wings were fresh and they argue with the customers and the best part they don’t have any customer service at all. They taste differ from last time when I had chicken wings from a different kfc location.I couldn’t even go to work today 10 February, my stomach is so upset that I went to washroom 5 times since morning and I’m feeling so lethargic. Please avoid this location.
I ordered meal during Super Bowl through Uber Eats and had two combo orders but received only one drink Diet Pepsi and did not receive 7 up . I called the store and spoke to a Mae voice identified as Rishabh Jain who did not do anything and was the rudest person who spoke to me on the same aggravated tone as I did . I was agitated as my daughter went without a drink . The problem was that we ran out of pops in our home and were relying on this . But this guy Rishabh Jain used profanity and yelled at me as if I was lying for a drink . While he was investigating , I could clearly understand the female voice telling him that she packed one drink in a separate bag which was Pepsi …. So pathetic …. Worst KFC ever .
I have visited almost all the locations of KFC in GTA Area. But the Customer Service and professionalism at this location is extremely poor.Last incident is worth mentioning. Called up the store to order a Combo from current FLYER. The Staff member (female) was not aware of the Store Flyer. Why they are in store if they dont know about store policies and offers?We order ahead to save waiting time in store but poor service is always a feature of this location.Appeared at the store, showed them the flyer and than they apologised.Till here, it was fine.Then a lady appeared on the Front Desk, without name plate on her shirt and started arguing in an unprofessional manner. I just told her that store guys are expected to be aware of the promotions.Her answer: "YOU CAN VISIT OTHER STORE, IF YOU DONT LIKE SERVICE HERE. DONT COME TO THE STORE."For the information of all, she is always wearing Head Scarf. I have to cite her appearance here as she was not wearing her name slip. Moreover, she presented herself to be the Supervisor.What the hell! If she is Supervisor, she should be given a thorough training in Customer Service. A Supervisor should go beyond other juniors to satisfy the customer concerns..But her attitude!!I politely said that I may report this to KFC management.. She openly gave a damn!Lastly, they never give you RECEIPT/BILL OF PURCHASE with Customer Feedback/ Customer Survey link. I have the copy of same.I have reported the matter to KFC Management for further action.
OMG, slowest services ever…. Took 45min to pickup a one chicken sandwich…
Usually efficient location but service today was slow and girl behind counter had my order sitting for several minutes before coworker told her to give it to me. Also no iced tea in can or fountain and side corn was forgettable. Disappointed.
I usually order family pack from this location regularly. Today found piece of plastic in one of the Taco and not only that out of 10 tacos got only 9. We can understand if they are busy but certain things is not acceptable. No point calling the store as once had issue with getting regular fries instead of supreme as ordered, didn't got much of good response from Manager. This time its piece of plastic which is health concern not acceptable at all.
Don't go in with high expectations. SUPER Small portions for the price. The chicken tender combo consist of 3 small dried up strips and roughly 10-15 fries. The twister wrap also consisted of dried up chicken. And the Taco Bell side of things was equally as disappointing.
I ordered veggie sandwich and patty was hard,,, chicken popcorns were served cold,,,,, wont recommend this location
