The food was okay.The cashier was okay...it was her first day yesterday. My issue is one worker who decided to use his ungloved hands to put wongs in the fryer. He touched surfaces,his nasty pants,various unwiped surfaces then TOUCH THE FOOD ITEMS.I asked him if he wears gloves and he replied yes but he was on a break.I reminded him that even if you are helping to prepare someone's meal,you don't get to touch their food. He only repeated " yea but I was on a break and was just helping". He could've just come the washroom on his break and touched everything. Gotta be consistent with sanitary practices,even if you are helping on a break. There is not time out on contamination.

I had a great experience at this KFC location. I was only there to grab a milk 2 go but the lady at the front (her name was Lena I believe) was very pleasant. The service she provided was very quick as well!
Terrible location. Would not recommend and management does not respond to any feedback. I had a terrible experience on Thursday November 25th and still have not heard from them.
Location is conveniently located in the centre of mall. Neat and clean and all necessary Covid precautions were in place. The manager or the supervisor was veri friendly.I have given 1 star for the cashier at the order desk and wish there was an option for even less. I don’t know if the person was a trainee or what. First I was over charged then I found my food stuff missing. I had a valid discount coupon which was not honoured I could not understand why.Over all when my food came it was cold. The cook is not great either. Bottom line watch your bill what you are charged for and what is inside your bag handed over to you.All in all horrible experience.Please do not rip off someone’s pocket.
We ate very cold and bad chicken and when we talked with the Manager Kiran she was very rude and she said it was fresh but when we eat it it was not fresh.
Bought 6 pieces original recipe chicken along with fries and corn. Chicken was salty, disappointed.
Went there the other day to take out their garbage I seen two big mouses going in the back door I didn't say a thing not to be so rude I just kindly walked away
