I am appalled at the customer service at this KFC location. No respect to customers and the food quality would fail if it went under a health inspection. Do not waste your time and money here.

This place used to be amazing like 10 years ago, as of now it’s run down to nothing. I usually place an order ahead of time through the app for pick up for 20 wings which normally take 10/15 mins to prepare, so I can grab it and go, but each time I go there, they have not dropped it, and I have to wait, without any apologies or compensation. Also, when I walk in, no one greets you, I went in today and there was one girl on drive through and another girl cleaning, the girl cleaning made eye contact and said nothing and continued. Not a ‘one moment’ or anything. Also, I feel like it’s rude to the staff to be constantly speaking in their language while customers are there, other than English.The only reason I’ve gone there after all these mishaps is because it’s right by my house, but now I’m thinking I’ll just drive a bit further to another location or another franchise cause of the consistent disregard for guests at this location.

Horrible horrible location!!! Waited at drive thru for 2 minutes and no one came to the window. Went inside was given old greasy chicken. You could tell the chicken was really old, it left a huge grease stain on the box and it was stringy and almost brown. What a waste of money!! I can’t even complain to KFC head office because the cashier didn’t put my receipt in the bag like I asked. Go to another KFC like one on McLaughlin or Mayfield. This restaurant has gone to sh*&!

Ordered 16 piece chicken on lineOrder came 45 minutes late and what I got was really small 8 piece tenders- tried calling store a few times no answer- called head office and still no resolution-I will never order from here again-I did not have enough food to feed my family

I waited in the drive through around 7PM like an idot for someone to respond; only to realise later that the shop was closed by a staff inside. There were multiple customers waiting at the drive through. There was no notice anywhere.. Drive through light was on, shop was open as per time in google.

After waiting almost 90 mins for our order it arrives missing the macaroni salad, cold soggy under cooked fries and completely water downed gravy. Store can not be reached due to busy signal and the toll free line just tries to transfer you to the store or send an email. Store has yet to call after 2 hours about missing item and still has a busy signal. Don’t order from this location!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences ever! The chicken was wet and soggy because the gravy spilt inside. Called back maybe 20 times, no one picked up the phone. Don't even feel like looking at KFC ever again. Worst service ever!

This restaurant is completly unresponsive they take your money and then dont respond to you when you try to find out if your food is even coming bcus its so much latwr than when it said it would come and call centre is rude and useless doing nothing but transferring me thro to a restaurant that will not answer

If I could give it zero stars I would. Tonight January 14 I have decided to order KFC for my family. I placed my order online my order was supposed to arrive at 7:15. It was 730 and nothing had arrived yet so I decided to call the location no one picked up,I called a few times. I completely understand if it is busy or they are running late. I waited a bit more until 740 I had to call The 1888 number talk to them three times they transferred my call to the KFC that I ordered from.,no one picked up I tried calling no one picked up, called many times. Called again the lady said she sent an email to them asking what was up with my order. And also ask them to call me. No one called me back. So after one hour of waiting and not knowing what to do, not knowing if my order was going to come. I called in again After an hour of Waiting for my order or waiting for some news on my order but nothing so I had to call In and I cancelled everything. Not good customer service. It be nice if you picked up your phone. Or got back to the email and called me to let me know what was up.

THE WORST KFC EVER! I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 5:38PM ON AND I DIDNT GET MY ORDER FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER I ORDERED. I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES AND WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WAS TRANSFRRED TO A MANAGER AND BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER ON TIME!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!
