It was nice visiting here after a long time. This location of KFC is really very good. I ordered chicken burger and french fries. It was really very tasty rather I should say it was scrumptious. The service was extremely great. The person who took my order takes less than a minute to prepare it. I really appreciate this thing and I must say all people working there are really hard working. I urge everyone to visit this location of KFC.
The pickup order was delayed by 10 mins, the girl at the counter tried to stay away to avoid any questions related to delay. The bucket didnt taste great. All in all not a favourable outing
Was the worst ever chicken dried up little wings fries stale box not filled up i think the owner of this KFC should re think his set up.... terrible terrible skip the dishes order our food came in 2 Dollarama bags are you serious ....?
Getting orders right should be the priority especially while using drive thru service. It won't cost anything to offer apologies as well when you don't get things right! Pls do better..
Absolute worst place....you get bigger pieces of chicken from your local pizza shop....never ever go to this place....take an extra five min to drive to Popeyes....I paid $8.99 for two pieces of chicken the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets
I grabbed twister combo no drink was given.... than the wrap only had chicken and sauce with no lettuce or tomatoes. Quality of food is not there anymore with kfc that's how the poutine came leaking in the bag.
I ordered a Zinger but I was given a sandwich with regular sauce. I went back,a gentleman came at the counter (not the one who took my order). I explained that I wanted zinger which is spicy. He raised his tone and said "DO YOU EVER READ NOTES!!!?" and pointed me towards a piece of paper. "WE DO NOT HAVE SPICY !!" . I said that may be i should have been told at least. I believe he has a poor customer service skills and the situation was poorly handled. He just turned his back and continued his work
Horrible experience. Staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. I visited the restaurant and all staff were helping drivetru. All girls working knew I was standing and waiting to order, however no one came to help for 10 minutes. When taking my order the girl made no eye contact. Spoke in a different language with other staff members. The girl who made my order through the bag at me and walked away. Didn’t say sorry for the wait or thank you for coming or enjoy your meal. I would never go there again or recommend this location to anyone.
By far the worst KFC experience. Employees cannot understand English or communicate properly. They don’t have popcorn chicken or wings and they replace it with some old tenders that are the size of chicken nuggets. This is a disgrace to the kfc franchise and if I was the franchisee I would investigate this horrible customer service and cheating methods. I think Popeyes found a new customer.
If you like KFC chicken, fries or gravy, STAY AWAY FROM THIS KFC. The bucket chicken is cut into little pieces (see picture) and doesn't taste like KFC. The gravy is definitely not KFC gravy. If it is it is watered down and has some other ingredients added. It kind of tastes like the club house gravy packets. Fries also don't taste like KFC fries. I visited another location about a month ago and it tasted fine so I know it's not due to KFC changing their products. Not sure what is going on at this location but will not visit again.
