Got the two can dine using coupon; as soon as I bit into one of the original pieces was met with revolting smell and upon chewing was left with a really bad after taste; was very evident it was old chicken...was asked at drive-thru window "Are you tipping today?" we were thrown off and said no the drive-thru attendant smiled as she walked away to get our order; hope our bad chicken doesn't have anything to do with tipping. Threw out the originals and had to figure out something else for lunch: wasted $15.
So the chicken was good, and my sever was amazing good. But washroom was disgusting. Come on kfc you can do better. I was disappointed in the team Effort as a team you all should do better. The paying customer is always the one they need to inpress. There are customer that come to kfc that are in a bad mood. You need to stay positive in every aspect.Yours truly: Long time customer David
An honestly terrible experience.The KFC I am making this review about is located on Queen and Kennedy in Brampton.Okay so first of all, when we went there, my brother had to use the washroom, so my mom went and asked the staff behind the counter if they can unlock the washroom for us because it was locked, and they blatantly refused. My mom had to literally stand there and fight with them for five minutes straight before they unlocked the washroom. She even threatened to call the head office on them, and they still said no! They told my mom that they said no because of drug use. My brother is eleven. ELEVEN. That was UTTERLY ridiculous to hear. The staff were extremely rude, and they lack the knowledge of their establishment. They didn't even know who the manager was when my mom asked for them. I was so close to calling the Ministry of Health on them. If you have an open business, you are REQUIRED to have an open washroom. Overall terrible service, and I am not sure if I'm ever going to go there again.
Would have rated Zero if possible. Worst KFC ever, when asked for a refill (Pepsi), the Manager, Aman started yelling at us. She said the drink dispenser outside isn’t working and the unit inside will be contaminated if she provides me a refill. We asked if she can provide a refill in a new cup and she said each disposable glass costs her $1. We as well as other customers in the store had to ask her to tone it down, she kept yelling. Aman does not deserve to be a Manager (in KFC or anywhere).KFC must take necessary corrective action, else she would soon drive off all customers.
This KFC was so horrible it made my mouth thirst for a drink of water, the staleness of the chicken and the unsalted fries it worked together in a synchronized harmony only bringing ruin and destruction to my taste-buds. Lesson of the day, Popeyes is better.
I really don't understand why I keep going back!?! It's totally out of convenience.The food is bad, service bad, location bad. I'm not sure if all KFC locations do the same but this one has been cutting the chicken in half but they charged the same price!Went today to getting something for my daughter, huge mistake! I asked for a 3 peice fries no drink, please put a leg, wing breast I will pay extra, when I get it no fries, leg, wing and some weird peice that they are trying to tell me is a breast!?Never again only the boneless box is worth it and this location is a dumpster ?!
KFC at Kennedy and queen Brampton. I've never seen nothing like this in my life. The doors were locked at 10:20 and they had a street homeless man cleaning garbage and NOT a KFC employee . He was working for left overs. I knocked on the window and the lady came over and said they're having technical difficulties only drive-thru meanwhile there was two people sitting in the restaurant that was also from the streets. I walked over to the drive-thru and ask the lady if I could have a menu to order food she said we don't have menus here. Another KFC employee came over and was staring in my eyes like for 3 minutes I asked him if he was all right. He said I'm not looking at you I'm looking behind you. I said can you please move away I'd like to order food with the lady in front of me. After I said that, the lady slammed the window shut I took out my phone and start a video taping the restaurant there was three chickens on the ground ,french fries, paper towels and it looked disgusting. If you don't believe me please look at your video at 9:40 p.m. Monday May 9th. I'll never ever go to that restaurant again. Rude and disgusting people work there and hiring homeless people off the streets to clean up after them... I have to go a step further I've never done this in my life I phone health and safety. Not one person needs to be replaced but the entire team needs to be replaced.
Got a 10 piece bucket. Some of the pieces weren't even whole pieces. There wasn't a single leg in the whole bucket and everything was soggy. I will not be going back.
I bought their hot wings which is so expensive, only to get home and realize that it was all stale wings. I kept wondering how it was ready so quickly and why the container was not even warm, like it usually is: STALE, tough meat and way too greasy, absolutely no flavour! For what we have to pay they need to do better.
I kindly request if you're going to be adamant people pay for dipping sauces when they want more than 1(I completely understand as it costs you to purchase them) but you not only didn't give me the one I paid for but you didn't even give me the one the meal came with.Then your employee lies and says she put two sauces in the bag when I call to bring it to your attention.I have 2 forks in my bag tho so I guess we are now even from a cost perspective.The food was still good so I only took off 2 stars(as I am a very reasonable)
