This resturant needs to evaluate its service, atmosphere, staffing and food.We arrived to the resturant a group of 8, there was a scissor board advertising a BBB burger, the hostess was clueless what the three B's meant as we were guessing beef, bacon and? We were seating quickly. The resturant was freezing cold and we were seated under a vent. We actually moved tables as it was not comfortable. We were served a Shirley Temple, 7-up, Pepsi and gingle ale. All tasteless, the server was kind enough to check and determine the syrups were out. Re-made the drinks. From the time we were seated, it took over 60minutes to have food brought to the table. The piece of chicken on the burger was a joke. Potato skins were like cut up fried potatoes and tasteless. Chicken wings were disgusting and not eaten. Do note fries with wings are extra (not included) The parmesan cheese is not shredded infront of u like most other resturants. It was a very poor expirence over all. No value for the money we spent there, the atmosphere is a faded memory of what used to be a great neighborhood bar. The time it took to order and be served was completely unacceptable. No management presentWill not reccomend or return.
Place was packed and super busy for St.Patrick’s day. We sat at the bar and had such great service by Lindsay. She honestly juggled so many people and apologized profusely for the wait which wasn’t that long. She took the time to put the leafs game on for us and check in on us despite the fact that I doubt she had time to go to the washroom. As a business owner it was really great to see such good customer care. Then Crystal the supervisor came by and also apologized for the wait and checked in on us then offered us a “pickle shot”. The owners of this franchise should be super happy with these two great girls. Great way to manage customer expectations in a Covid time of low staff and high volume of demand
Very frustrating evening. After a 12 hour emergency shift I met my sister and her fiancé for dinner at Kelsey’s. We weren’t addressed for ~20 minutes, but the manager then took our order. He came back 15 minutes after ordering to tell us we would need to take our order in take out containers because the dishwashers went home. We were a little upset but at this point there weren’t many options so we said okay. Our food came out ~10 minutes later all at different points in take out containers, servers were saying they didn’t know why we were being served like this and we were asked if we were packing up when we hadn’t even gotten cutlery to eat with.Part of our meal was very over cooked, thankfully the waitress took it off the bill however the order was received incorrectly.At the end of the night it was still a $100 dinner somehow.. extremely disappointed and exhausted..
Amazing experience! I recently went to Kelsey's and we were served by Antoinette and she was awesome! She checked our tables time to time, served us pretty quickly and she also recommended really good drinks, foods, and apps. Would definitely come back!
We love Kelsey's! My husband and I are becoming regulars on 1/2 price wing night! We always look forward to seeing Lyndsay. She recognizes us right away, greets us by our name and always has something nice to say. Her service is always top notch even when she is busy behind the bar! Looking forward to another night out of delicious wings and a few drinks.
Came in today for a dinner with the family. Our server Anujan was amazing! Hilarious guy who provided quick service and was super friendly? He checked on us multiple times and made sure we got everything we wanted! Will definitely come back.
Service was great, food was even better! The staff was kind and the drink was HUGE. I got buffalo potato skins and I would definitely get them again. 10/10 great time.
The server took around 45mins to take our order and then another hour to bring our order without any cutlery. We had wait another 15mins for cutlery.Chicken fingers were double fried, the rice and Salmon fish were super dry and didn’t even taste good.We went after reading good reviews but very disappointed at this location.I don’t won’t recommend this place.
Amazing customer service and food. Our server Cindy brought our food to us in a timely manner and continued to check on us when we needed drink refills. Thank you from my group of 6. Great service Cindy.
