Overall experience, My first time ever at a Kelseyâs franchise and I probably wouldnât come back. When we arrived, we were not greeted by staff. I had to initiate interaction with the hostesses. I mentioned I had a reservation, and the two hostesses were still mute as I waited for them to check. They said to me âfor 3?â I said âyesâ and the one hostess left to the table like we automatically knew to follow her. On the way to the table a number of servers looked at my friend and I in disgust. I was actually shocked.. the only person who showed any ounce of professionalism was our server who was patient and kind while we waited for our 3rd person. In addition, I ordered the nachos as it was desbribed as âloaded with cheeseâ it definitely wasnât. It did have a ton of other toppings though, so fair is fair but when you describe something a certain way and it doesnât arrive the same way, itâs disappointing. I understand the restaurant industry so I chose not to say anything at the time. Also, the prices on the appetizers were atrocious. The price for quantity was not justified in my opinion. You can do better, Kelseyâs.
For a nosh before a nearby playhouse presentation, this venue offers an oasis in the vast mall complexes of this part of Brampton. This spacious eatery offers comfortable seating both inside and outside, as well as above-average pub grub and efficient service. My 3 companions went with the Sonoma salad with grilled chicken. All agreed on its sharp tastiness and generous size. I went with the ultimate burger with onion rings side. It shmecked: two well-cooked patties with Canadian (peameal) bacon, lots of lettuce and tomato and red onion. Delicious. The rings were also perfectly cooked and tasty. Service was also very good. For one salad and the salad, a 20 oz. draft and one glass white wine, $64 before tip.
Food was okay for the price we payed . But the service wasn’t fast and servers don’t come back to you once you’re seated . If you want to place order for more food or drink you have get their attention
Vegan option at Kelseys! It was nice that I was able to build my own burger with the side that I wanted.The only thing missing was an appetizer. We had a large party and everyone was eating away at cheesy apps and there wasn't an option for a vegan.
Our server was attentive, there was appropriate spacing between guests and the food was delicious.
We all ordered wings with sauce on the side. No sauce was delivered with the wings. Took 15 minutes to get our sauce. Wings were cold. Wings were over cooked. Hard and dry. Yuck.
It was a very nice first dinner out since COVID to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and becoming grandparents this year, and the birthday dinners we must going out forðð»
Excellent service! Frozen margaritas were perfect on a hot day.
