Don’t go, took out halwa pori and when I tried to eat the curry tasted weirdly awful. Wasted time and money. Please go somewhere with better reviews
Every time when we thought of buying chicken Biryani, we end up with dissatisfaction. We liked at the beginning but they are not consistently providing fresh food. They says it’s very fresh but which is a lie. They cook and store and deliver. It’s like they just heat the Biryani from freezer and serve to people saying as freshly made.
I liked their biriyani flavor hence I visit frequently for take out. But I was disappointed with my recent 3 visits. The Chicken pieces in the Biriyani were smelling bad. Looks like they freeze for more than 3 days and serve it. I asked specifically whether it is fresh and confirmed but got disappointed when I tasted it at home. We decided not to visit this place again.

I have been dealing with bad customer service here and there with many restaurants that are not professionally organized. HOWEVER, yesterday what happened was by far the WORST experience I have had with a human interaction. I AM shocked to see they are still in business and the entire community should stand against them to end this once and for all. I have NEVER posted a negative review as I have always supported local small business. My 63 year old dad yesterday went to grab biryani and was told that 1 biryani will have two full pieces of chicken. He came home and there was literally 2 small pieces, they literally cut one piece into two. My dad went back and showed them that what was in the box and the lady had the audacity to claim that this is absolutely fine. He told her he has gotten the same item before and she just denied and said this is how it is. Upon leaving the store she told her fellow worker that people take food home, and bring it back to claim their refund just because they don’t need it anymore. It’s as if we have no other things to do them to return this mediocre food when its frigid cold outside. She was lucky that was my dad and not me because that is open slander. Please save your money and respect and do not go to this establishment. Yesterday was my dad, tomorrow it could be you.
Tested their Chicken + Veal BiryaniChicken 8/10Veal 9/10Halal and taste very good like you want as of in Karachi Biryani. Ask them to make it more masala rather than plain. Rice size was small unlike long grain basmati rice, but taste was good.
Absolutely pathetic food. My wife bought chicken biryani and tandoori chicken yesterday and it went to the garbage after taking few bites. Both the chickens were undercooked there was a bad smell coming from the rice.Definitely will not buy from there again.
Horrible food. I tasted the chicken korma and it went straight into the bin. Chicken biryani was okayish. Overall a very bad experience.
Trash customer service.I wanted to enquire if there were peanuts or any nuts used in preparation of biriyani and tikka roll ( confirmed with another branch they do not use).The lady literally forced me to cancel my order and wouldn’t give it to my delivery driver.Absolutely crazy and unprofessional. She deserves to be fired or at the least not be allowed to interface customers.
Dont know why some people dont like it but for price they provide best quality and quantity . I has always ordered by skip will surely eat in one day too. Different people can have different exprience about same place for me its always great
