Our first time here. This place is amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could. The food is very delicious & impeccable. The staff was so attentive and detail oriented, making it a truly one of a kind experience. My wife & kids loved it and enjoyed the food. Their quality of food is top notch and quantity of food is enormous. I felt very satisfied with the experience at John’s. We will be back to John’s.
Took kids for Easter brunch. Had a long wait before we could be seated. It took some time for the food to come too as the restaurant was completely packed. Once the food came everyone forgot about everything else. It was beautiful to look at and tasted even more awesome. The portions were huge. Kids loved every bite of it. Our server was nice but a little lost. Would keep forgetting that we were there. But I guess that was happening coz of the rush. Only thing I would suggest the management. Have more staff during rush hours. Would definitely return and recommend others.
Called to place an order and was rushed by the lady I spoke to on the phone. She was clearly in the middle of several other things but literally told me on the phone to "hurry up because they're extremely busy". I said seriously you're going to rush me placing an order?? I moved on to continue the rest of the order, and the lady kept making mistakes and I had to repeat myself many times because she wasn't paying attention.I get to the restaurant to pick up my order and someone told me yup it's all ready just wait 2 minutes. Then I see the lady I spoke to on the phone and she told me " what are you doing here, you're too early, I told you it would be 30 minutes"....I told her um no it's literally right behind you... anyways so I pay and leave. Already annoyed with her attitude and lack of professionalism.I get home to find out she messed up my order. I was missing sides, sides were done incorrectly, eggs weren't cooked to what we wanted, instructions weren't followed.The sad part is my family and I have been going here for a while because the food is normally really good and the service is good. However.... this changed my overall experience and perception of he restaurant.I completley understand that restaurants get busy... but don't disrespect your customers.
I've been coming to John's for a few years now, it's really a 5 star place all around - service, food, atmosphere. Weekends can get super busy so there is usually a wait but well worth it. I've only tried the breakfast menu and everything I've tried tastes great and good portions. I will definitely keep going back. Ps- the coffee could be better, but not a big deal.

I went for the first time this week. I had heard positive things about it beforehand, but even still was surprised at how pleasant the dining experience was. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and was impressed at the quality and richness of the flavours. The restaurant was Covid safe, they checked our vaccination properly, there are plenty of barriers and customers were nicely spaced out. Service was polite and helpful. I will recommend it for my friends who are looking for a casual dining experience with excellent food.
Great local restaurant in North Brampton! Delicious food and friendly service! We decided to try John’s based on a recommendation and excellent reviews. We were impressed! The restaurant was clean with nice decor. We felt comfortable due to vaccination policies and solid plexiglass barriers in place.The staff was very friendly and our server, Sammy, provided great customer service with a smile (we could tell she was smiling behind her mask!) and a lovely sense of humour.We ordered calamari, cheese ravioli, chicken Milano pasta, gyro dinner, and the chicken souvlaki dinner. Very flavourful food, generous portions, and everything cooked to perfection - our compliments to the chefs!!We would definitely recommend John’s Family Restaurant and will visit again soon! :)
A great diner with large portions and a reasonable price. John's is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have eaten there many times and never been disappointed with the food. For breakfast I get the deluxe breakfast (all bacon). I am particular about my bacon and order it crispy. The restaurant always takes the time to get the order to my picky specifications! At dinner I often get the chicken parmesan and it always comes out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service has always been great. It's one of my go to places to eat and talk with friends.

Never been disappointed at John’s restaurant, really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Tried out their breakfast for there first time and the waffle was amazing!Huge portions, tasty food and well worth the price. You gotta try their chicken souvlaki sooo good.
