Horrible customer service, probably the worst in the mall. They give zero care into making sure they treat you like a human being, and only about making a sale…. And honestly i barely think they care about that. The way that they slap together your meal, and get angry with you if they can’t hear you. The lady at the cash won’t speak to you as she’s whipping items and throwing your bad under the COVID shield. Honestly it’s not the first time I’ve been here, and each and everytime it’s like this. Very disappointing that people can’t treat people with respect. Just because you work in the food industry doesn’t mean you get to forget to treat people with respect. If the owner or manager could reach out to me regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated as I would like to let them know more about how their team is making paying customers feel.
Never had a less than perfect meal Here.Try the roast lamb, it's a few bucks more than a burger but way,way better!!! I was just asked by maps if it had changed. The whole thing about this outfit is that it never deviates from what I find is perfection! Only one time, and I put this down to the pandemic did I find it, not as wonderful as usual. Who knows, maybe key people were on vacation. Otherwise part of its strength is that they never let Me down!
We had been dining on Thai, Korean, Vietnamese and Pilipino dishes for the past few months so when we had lunch at Bramalea Shopping Centre we decided to try Jimmy the Greek, a Greek fastfood stall. We ordered the Chicken Souvlaki which came with greek salad, rice and potatoes. Everything was delicious and I would definitely recommend the potatoes and salad. The chicken was very soft and flavourful.

On Monday I got spinach cheese pie meal. It was the best salad I ever had in my life. I had a talk with Shawn, nice customer service he actually suggested me this salad in vegetarian options.Thanks for the delicious food..Definitely visit soon
I come here all the time and am never disappointed. I always get the chicken soulvaki plate and the portions are fair and the food always tastes great !
For Jimmy the Greek (Bramalea City Center): Taste undoubtable the best always! Prices had been revised however quantity has been reduced drastically post covid.
the salad tasted dirty like it had not been washed. the sizing of portions have changed. gotten much smaller with no change of price. used to have 3 section container for salad, potatoes and then rice and meat. the rice today was hard. very disappointed. will not be returning to this location

This is our favorite Jimmy location! The food is always fresh, tasty and the portions are generous. Also koodos to the ladies at the counter for always providing amazing service!
