I haven’t been to Jack Astor’s in a while, and I usually get mediocre service whenever I go into one. I hadn’t been to this location for many years but I can honestly say I had the most amazing server named Lilly, last week on Saturday. A friend and I went to have lunch and she was on point with everything! She was very kind and courteous. My friend and I were saying that we wished most servers were like her. There was another guy that was there that was a server that was really nice too.Overall, I would definitely come back for the service. I don’t know how it would be during dinner because it would be more busier but I hope they keep up the great service.
Experience was very OK. When we walked in we were not greeted… the hostess was helping an uber eats driver, okay.We did get a good table in a quieter part of the restaurant which was nice.Our waitress was very nice, and fun. The food took quite a long time to come out though… and the cheque also took a while. The restaurant wasn’t that busy - so we were confused as to what the holdups were.Food was tasty, and a good temperature.Drinks have a lot of ice in them and quickly get watered down :(Overall it was good, but a few simple things could’ve made it great!
I came here for a solo lunch and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Mara was my server and she was great! My food came really quickly and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back with my friends and family.
Had a reservation and they had our table ready written at got there. Service and food were good. If you have a birthday let your server know and they will bring out a brownie and sing happy birthday!
Came to the Brampton Jack Astors, our server Melanie was fantastic and always is when we come in. Food was great! Service even better!!
I went out with friends on Friday night and our server Sofia was incredible! She was so friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were okay. I really appreciated her kindness and we will definitely be coming back! Sofia, you’re the best! Our food and drinks were also really, really good! This Jack Astor’s is great!!!
Normally, I attend Toronto or Mississauga based locations, but this location happened to be convenient for a friend I was meeting up with. From all my years going to Jack Astor's, this was the best experience I have ever gotten from a particular waitress. She made a great drink recommendation when the one I wanted was not available which I ended up enjoying. I liked her professionalism, especially the way she handled a situation at another table. I really had a good vibe from this location because of her great customer service and the guest experience. I will definitely be back at this location in the future.
It's not even words can't even explain right now that I'm going through I ordered garlic bread and I got a loaf of bread I highly recommend not to come back to this place try somewhere else that actually gives you real garlic bread and actually cooked instead of just giving you sauce and some Dippin on the side with some Parmesan . Please take this review seriously because I've had an awful time
I use to come to this location very often. Recently, the food has completely changed. Not sure if they changed management or cooks, but the food is bland and not good. They use to have amazing wings, but when I went last week, it was terrible. Barely any sauce on them and dry. We also ordered the Angry Jack burger. Loads of toppings but very dry patty as well. The service was great (Cory is awesome), but the food is not so good anymore.
It is known restaurant in GTA. The food is good and nice environment for group of colleagues to spend time together.
