Shakes are ok, but not the best, cakes on top are delicious. The setting place is kinda tight, but not bad, prices are pricey comparing to quality of the sweets.The thing I really didn't like and made me wanna leave right away is the smell in the store, OMG it's really horrible, I don't know who the smart guy that suggest to sell fires food in desert shop, I couldn't stand oily smells along with desserts, was really yakki.
This place has extremely poor service. Had to ring a bell a couple times before they actually came out to the front to serve us. After we placed our order, the worker did not start making our order but instead, came out to the front to talk to her friend that was sitting down. Even after that, the service was extremely slow. After asking how much longer it would take, she claimed that they are busy… yet she was not doing anything and there was literally nobody in this store except for us. My visit was on March 22, 2022 @ 3:35 pm. 10/10 would not recommend.
I love Holy Shakes! There’s a huge selection of milkshake choices and the Hazelnut Explosion is my personal favourite. The service was quick and friendly, and it’s an ideal spot to go for a treat. I’ve brought my friends here and everyone has enjoyed it :) I would absolutely recommend checking it out!
The shakes are SO good but very overpriced. It’s served in a glass jar or bottle which is cute I suppose, but after purchasing one, I don’t really care to have a collection of them. They offer paper straws which is challenging considering how thick and sometimes nutty (depending on the flavour) the shakes are. It doesn’t pull up, gets soggy, and ends up changing the flavour of the shake. I’m all for protecting the environment but paper straws and milkshakes just don’t work. Maybe if they offered a recycling program, like get $5.00 off if you bring a jar/bottle back, it would be appealing to go back to try flavours. It would be good for the environment and benefit the wallet of their customers. The shakes are 5 stars but reduced a star due to the price and straw.
Used to love this place, the Shakes were amazing but went last week after almost a year and was very disappointed. The shake was bland, was as if I was just having milk.Ordered chicken momos and was unsure if it even had chicken in it. The only good thing was the cheese cake over the shake.Edit:Decided to give them another chance, went for Rasmalai freakshake and loved it, have to say their customer service is great online too.
I first walked into what's going to be there new location and it's under a construction. nobody knew where the current location was so I had to wander around the plaza a little. once I found the place, They hadn't even started my order and I had placed my order online 30 minutes prior. they're nice enough and quick enough to get my order to me in less than 5 minutes. They seem like very nice people. as for the shake that I ordered, not entirely sure it was worth the $16.95, but it is definitely a nice treat. Hope to try one of the waffle versions in the future. I wish them the best of luck in their new location as it is much bigger and more suited to a dual store for an operation. Cheers
As a food blogger, I LOVE going to restaurants, trying new menu items and taking really awesome pictures. I recently visited Holy Shakes Brampton and was just impressed with everything they do.From the service, to the milkshakes, everything was great. This place is the ideal spot for you to take a loved one to celebrate or even treat yourself.My favourites right now was definitely their Christmas Shakes, all so good. You HAVE to try them out!
2 stars only because the drinks were good, however the worst customer service I’ve experienced there, we travelled from Hamilton after checking good reviews and we were hoping for good service but it was totally opposite. First of all they need to change their time from 4 to 5 pm as they open at 5, then after we provided them order at 5pm, they gave us 20 min but took more than that almost 30 minutes, covid policies not at all followed, 2 people are allowed but so many people in there, we were standing in line outside, people going in cutting lines and 2 people are there inside unattended for a long time. No apologies nothing after the order was late. Surely not going to recommend after the poor service we received.
Absolutely fabulous!! Delicious shakes, wonderful people and amazing food made me feel super happy. Would definitely go over and over again. Would highly recommend this spot!
Really good shakes. They also lookreally appealing and great for your social media photos. Definitely a treat once in a while, but can be too sweet at times.
