Their quality has drastically gone down over the past few years. I got their grilled chicken breast burger twice and both times it was so hard and undercooked, pretty much raw.The 4/6oz patties have also been very dry and chewy. I’ve just had this experience at this location, most other hero burger locations don’t have these issues.
Their burgers are good and you can get 2 for the price of 1 if you order through Uber. Nothing to complain about really, I would certainly takeout from here again.
Nothing about this place is worth what they're charging. Ordered 2 burgers, both were cold with the taste/texture of frozen, and both were missing several of the toppings. Fries were also cold and unseasoned. just go across the street to five guys, you'll be happier
Worst customer service. They screwed up plant base burger.Asked for refund they did not even refund,staff don't know how to talk.Hero burgers at queen st are best.People don't waste any money on this place.Swewt potatoes fries were burnt completely.

Nice 24/7 burger spot for halal burgers. Pretty decent service and love their use of fresh ingredients! Would def recommend.

Needed a washroom and they had one. Woulda gave 5 stars but their chicken strips quality has gone down. From 4 big pieces to 6 - 8 small pieces with no meat in them. Very unappetizing.
One of the very few places with Halal certified burgers. I had the 6oz. Double Hitter Burger, Onion Rings and Iced Tea. The onion rings were really crispy. The burger with Mayo, Anchor Chipotle, Ketchup and Mustard was very well made. Very filling and satisfying. Covid protocols are followed. There's a Halal certificate at the counter for verification. The girl at the counter was great to talk to. Service time is also great but probably because there were only 3 orders at the time of my visit
