We went for lunch takeout. We each received a ton of excellent fries and 2 large pieces of fish. We also ordered onion rings which were superb! The gentleman taking our order was friendly and the order was prepared quickly. We will definitely go again.
Called ahead and when I arrived had to order all over again. Had been told order would be ready in 10-15 minutes from time of call. Arrived at 12 minute mark and they had no order. Gave me excuse that the person answering the phone did not place my order. Waited 15 minutes for haddock & chips + an order of onion rings. No apology offered. Not worth calling in an order at all. Staff gave impression that it wasn’t important to them that a called in order had not been passed along to the preparation staff. Used to be a nice place but staff now seem more interested in idle chit chat among themselves than serving customers.
Cod was amazing!! Perfect batter and not greasy!! Hubby is from Belfast and he had Belfast pastie said it was great!! We love food here! And extra treats at the front! Back hame treats!!!
Excellent dine in service, friendly staff, great portions, well presented and prepared quality food, reasonably priced!Ample free parking.Definitely qualified as a repeat spot for fish n chips!

This place changed their portion sizes of fish and chips by almost half the amount and when asked is this a kids size or a full size I was told it’s always been the same as well as the box size hasn’t changed which is a lie! The owner is rude as hell and doesn’t give two shits about their customers! I paid almost $20 for a cod and chips order plus a small coleslaw. Only to get home and see how small my order was! Never again supporting this business.

The customer service from the woman I spoke to, forever changed where I order from. The thank you note on the bag was just sweet. Dealing with my weird phone call and still be sweet. WOW!! I use to order from that wanless plaza, majority of the food establishments have rude managers and horrible customer service skills.
Out of all their locations, 13 Fisherman Drive is the BEST! Their customer service is amazing and they are always so friendly. I've ordered take-out and dined-in multiple times and every time its been a great experience. I've tried a variety of things on their menu and I've enjoyed every single plate!! Their Greek salad, halibut, and poutine are my favourite. You will not be disappointed!
