I always get good food at this location in Brampton (Steeles and 410)
Customer service is average. Didn't hear back Hi Thanks or any greetings. They couldn't understand when i gave my choice as fresh veggies. Have wearing gloves, they touch tables, insert in their pocket, using mobile and back to touch food. Good quality and taste are good generally.
The lady in the back wasn't wearing gloves while toasting buns for burgers and assembling them with patties.Then she went around in the kitchen doing other things and returned to assembling burgers without gloves again.More appaling was that nobody else around her was bothered by it at all.Im making video the next time im there.
Awesome burgers, fries and onion rings. Their menu had become vastly diversified over the years, but if you're not getting a burger there, then you're doing yourself a disservice. They used to be more expensive than Micky D's, BK, etc but get the coupons online before you go and you'll spend the same price for a vastly superior burger.
Never eat beef but they put beef in my burger ??? and i ask for Jr chicken burger
Huge line up when I got there - no problem. The line up cleared and I was the only one in there. After a few mins of politely standing there I hear the one employee ask the other in the back if what I had ordered was coming. She then looked at the other associate like she completely forgot about my order..... if your in a hurry - avoid going there at busy times
Did not ask for ID after showing COVID shot receipts. Nobody wipes down tables after patrons leave. Only 1 sanitizer dispenser. Not very clean place overall. Food is good Harveys standard.
I tried double Angus burger and i didn't feel any taste. Nothing!!!. I think they don't make the burgers with meat anymore.
They made it my way, great burgers love them.
It was quick service N they were very kind N friendly
