One of worst restaurants for delivery drivers, they don't care if a delivery person wait for a long time, although sometimes order is ready but they don't ask the person, very unprofessional staff, they work in canada but don't know the importance of time. There should be no star instead of one star to rate. It's not the one time experience, it's their routine
I placed an mobile order through the app, order number and receipt was shown on the app and email sent. I drove to the location to pick up my order (I confirmed that I sent the order to the correct address). I arrived 7 minutes after the order would be ready. Staff said they did not receive the order and they could not fulfil the order as it was not on their monitors. I asked to speak to the manager and showed both my order to them on the app and email receipt. They said they could not give me my food - that I had already paid for. In fact the manager (Vivian) did not even bother to speak to me, just relayed the message to contact Harvey's. Not only did I not receive my food, but now will be late to work hungry. I called Harvey's customer service for a refund and they were easily able to locate the order in their system.IT IS REALLY NOT MY PROBLEM THAT STAFF DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT MOBILE ORDERS THAT IN TURN AFFECTS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I VISIT HARVEY'S, APP DELETED.
The best customer service you will find in Brampton! Excellent food and even better service. Shout out to the awesome guy on drive-thru right before closing!
Wasn’t busy today. It’s long weekend.Went during 3pm and got a wrap and a burger. It was so dry and got stomach ache after eating it. Been going here a since past 7 years. But since past 5-6 months they are lacking on quality if food. Food was not properly wrapped and took 5-6 minutes just to make the order.
Was at this location tonight for my 5th time in 2 weeks and haven’t had a bad experience once. I met a younger lady at the front who was very nice, all the staff are polite and courteous. I ordered 2 half chickens and 2 cheeseburger combos and everything was great.
This Harvey’s location is definitely one of the best! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help out to accommodate their customer’s needs. The owner is so personable and it is definitely unique having him be part of the guest experience. The food is very consistent, I encourage everyone to come to this location!
Just went in for a bite to eat and service was top notch from start to finish. My order was hot, fresh and made perfectly. I forgot to order something and the manager Sav was very patient and accommodating. I didn't take any pictures of my food because I was absolutely starving. This is by far my favorite location in Brampton and I drive out of my way to eat here. Thank you Sav for the exceptional service...I very much appreciate it ?

Used to be my go-to for poutine but never again. Waited an extra 25mins after my pickup time for my mobile order. All the employees ignored me and refused to give an update.Also, I can't be the only who realised the size of the large box changed drastically.
I ordered total 4 veg burgers with fries and drinks .I went there via drive through. When I came home one burger and one fries was missing .I called them but I got very much rude answer .Quality of burger , fries was worst . I will never visit this location . The lady on phone gave me rude answer that for your missing item you have to come back did not say sorry or apologize for that .
