The worst customer service ever, and the owner doesn’t care. If you want to be in a bad mood, go there, guaranteed dirty looks, condescending attitude and sub mediocre food.
This Harvey’s has a good crew of staff that takes care of their customers with quick and careful service.For the regular lunch runs for myself and sometimes coworkers as well, I am happy to bring my business here - even when they have a long line already when I walk in the door.

I checked google review’s and found, there are lots of complaints about “Rude Employees “ but harveys is doing nothing to resolve that.Yesterday, I visited that store to get some food. I asked her to redeem my scene points. I don’t know what she did, she said it’s not working. Then, I checked my points, and it was already redeemed. I went to her and showed her my statement, still she was not ready to accept that it was there mistake. I requested her for proper receipts which says “points declined or something” but I got nothing.I called scene customer care and they said, points already got redeemed and I need to talk with store.So disgusting. Worst customer service. They ripped me off for $10.

If no, why it felt so?I have placed an order for 2 Can dine in combo, she needed to ask me which Bread (multigrain or regular) I’m interested in, but she did not. So before completion of a order, I asked her to make it multigrain bun, but she got mad and said “you need to tell me before order” .I mean, you are supposed to ask, not me. How would you decide without asking which Bun I’m looking for. Disgusting..!!! Moreover, still I got regular bun. Some of their employees were not even wearing gloves. So pathetic customer service. Never coming back to them..!!!Big big 0.
listen the food was pretty mediocre.Ordered a ton of food but can you believe that the food wasn’t as fresh as it should’ve been? If i am waiting very long i expect great quality food. The washrooms were completely disgusting. How can you guys not clean them properly?
Ordered an angus burger combo yesterday.. it tasted old and flavourless.They were very stingy with the condiments. Love Harvey’s but won’t be going back to this location
I always go to this branch. They make fresh stuff all the time. Really happy with my experience. Very good customer service.
I like Harvey's but 2 out of 6 times my order had issue. The first time they did not add onion rings in my order, even though I paid for it and now I ordered Chocolate pie but instead gave me an apple pie. The girl at the counter did not seem too sure when handing me the order and I even asked her if everything is in there and she just nodded. If I wanted apple pie I would have ordered that, why is it that even after waiting 10 mins the order can't be right? The staff needs to be more careful or atleast be honest if they made a mistake.
I got large poutine and this is what it looks like. The box is less then half full and the gravy is not even enough for half of the fries. Customer service was average did not even give me chance to speak how i need my order, just gave me the packed box.
