I think they are under new owners now and the food is a little less tasty, but my experience was just not bad like the others here. The inside of the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but even for takeout it's still reliable comfort food for me.
Not sure if they got a new chef but the food is not as good as before! I ordered wings and it’s was way too battered, not how they normally make it and they always give me the wrong sauce. Brought it back and when the lady made it all over she threw the food on the counter, not my fault my order wasn’t made properly. Definitely won’t be returning.
I wonder how many customers they loose a day ? 1st and Last time I will Go there, Furthermore they are Liars, I Ordered the Lemmon Chicken and Cantonese Chow Main, He said It'll take 20 Mins or So, I Said Fine, Literally, 1. 5 Mins Passed He said "Vince your orders Ready "Kinda Surprised at the Fast Service, I Get Home, Chicken Was Like RUBBER, Clearly and Obviously They Made it at 12 Noon ( BTW IT was 8:00 Pm) when I Ordered. I Called them Back And Nothing buy Lie after lie after Lie, Trying to justify and convince me its was JUST MADE"
Ordered a bunch of food from this place and found a bug in the chow main so disgusting never ordering from here again
I have ordered chicken fried rice. And it was really awful in taste as well as cooking. It seems to be overcooked. I had to garbage it. Sheer wastage of money and food.
I ordered vegetable nooodles, chicken with mushroom and spring rolls. I garbaged entire food. Chicken was like just mushrooms no chicken at all. Will not go there anymore.
They are extremely rude with their customer service. I called and expressed the issue with my order and the young girl on the phone literally hung up on me. All I wanted was to remedy the fact that they barely put any chicken pieces and CHUNKS of onions in the food. I told the young girl on the phone this and she said “I asked the chef and he said he didn’t do that”. I offered to take photos of my food and show it and she denied that. The girl was extremely rude on the phone when I was super patient and even willing to drive to them, the young girl at the front hung up and said “have a great day”. I highly do not suggest this restaurant because it seems this place simply does not care about a paying customers concern.Terrible service, a shame because it could be better if they were nicer and helpful with concerns.
Recently, The quality of the food has gone down!! Kung paw chicken has all diced vegetables and cant find any chicken pieces in it !! Chicken pieces are chopped up so small that cant eat with fork. Cantonese chow mein were dry like eating cardboard. Thai fried rice seems does not have that fresh charcoal taste that used to be there and tasted pale. It seems that food is mass produced and ready to go in 10 to 15 minutes and not cooked to order. Will avoid .
