Ok these guys have the best chinese food I've tried in Brampton. I love their chicken balls. But all their dishes are great. Things they could do to make their food better is add green onion to the fried rice and I don't really like their new supplier of plum sauce compared to the last, but it did the job..I highly recommend this place and give it top honors for Chinese food in GTA!
I would give this TEN stars out of 5 if I could. Here is why...from the moment you call to place an order you are greeted with the utmost professionalism. The lady taking the orders is so polite and patient. But thats not the best part...the FOOD. Oh my goodness. The rice is always fresh so moist...the wings lightly battered...but the star of the show...the chicken balls. You dont get 90% breading its alot of chicken and little breading. This establishment is awesome. Cant say enough about this place. And very reasonable prices as well.
This is the best take out Asian food in Brampton. I only order from GL because they're quick and they always throw in free spring rolls on my order. Plus they have their own delivery. The food is delicious and not over cooked or lukewarm. Chicken balls are always fresh, never hard and they have great specialty dishes and a discount on orders over a certain price. I won't mention their competition because they have none.
My family has been ordering from Golden Lake for over 25 years and they never disappoint. Recently I ordered in advance for pick up and the food was ready in time (still hot) and the service is always friendly. The food portions are quite generous and delicious with plenty of leftovers for next day to enjoy. Ordered for 5 people.
My girlfriend and I love the takeout here and will gladly continue support this establishment. Food is always consistent, hot when it arrives and delicious. I have ordered about 5 times now before writing this review. Keep up the great work!
I normally order Chinese food for New Year's eve. I have been ordering from Golden Lake for quit a few years. They have good food, good service and very organized considering how very busy it is on New Year's. The girls that work there are very helpful and friendly. Always an incredible meal. Our favourite Chinese take out by far out of the many many places we have tried. The chicken is always tender and moist and never chewy or over cooked. Definitely recommend this place!!???
Ordered the meal for 4, the portions were large, it was very fresh and hot upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this place.
The food is awesome, but after taking orders in the phone, they need to be a little more nicer & NOT hang up the phone so quick. Always wait until the customers orders are final then hang up the phone nicely.
Great service, super nice people, great prices, combo #2 was what I had and it was very tasty. Keep up the great work, I’ll be back for sure.
