I had terrible Customer Service from Gino's head office and their excuse did not add up. I placed my order at 925PM and they ended our all and said it will be 40 mins. I called back 45 mins later and said they had a system problem and order was placed 23 mins ago. So they knew they had a problem but no one called me, when i called the agent had poor customer service she was was abrupt and did not offer any remorse or solutions, the store that was suppose to get my order was closing soon as per escalation to Call Center Manager Marc so i was forced to go to Pizza Pizza who delivered on time. AGAIN this is not an issue with the local store but with the Head office of GINO PIZZA
My wife and I always order pizza from here and we never have any complaints! This Gino's location is the best pizza we've ever had and it goes to show when we order atleast once or twice a week! Even when we have friends and family over we order from here and everyone LOVES the way this location makes their pizza! Hats off to the whole crew at this location for never disappointing us and making some great pizza!

I had my mind blown. That was so unexpected. I tried pizza from many places and got from gino just coz I had a deal. Never expected the pizza to blow my mind. It's even better than pizza I used to eat back in India. Just remember to add hot sauce.
I ordered twice both times PIZZA tasted really bad. Wings were very good. But pizza tasted very sour and slices were cut so uneven and some parts of pizza had too many toppings and some had very less
