In all honesty I don't know where the low rating comes from. I was at Rona, and there was a food truck selling hotdogs and fries for 12$ no drink, and not even the orfus road size hotdogs but the small ones.I saw this Jerk spot across the parking lot and ordered a Large Jerk, rice and peas, extra oxtail gravy, a grapefruit ting a ling, a mango Arizona and a bag of banana chips for 18$. It fed me and the wifey.That hotdog truck is ripping people off...This place was hot inside, there was condensation everywhere and it reminded me of Kingston.This place doesn't jerk around when it comes to Jerk Chicken. I'll be back.
Place deserves negative 5 Stars. Chicken had no flavour, rice was dry, coleslaw taste like nothing. That is okay because I saw the elderly lady working in the back was tired and stuff happens. While I was eating I kept wondering why the lady in the front had such stink attitude, when I try so hard to be polite from start to end. She’s so nice to everyone but then turned into an angry bird when it’s my turn. She needs some serious help bruv. I should have read the reviews beforehand, lady does not welcome all races in the same manner or fashion especially Indian or south asian. I’ll take my future 1000 orders from Bakers Jerk across the street, where they treat everyone the same. One Love.
Pre ordered a big fish dinner for mommy’s birthday. The food was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!
If you planning to get food from here please don’t. Especially my experience with them was so bad. The lady at the counter is so annoying and serves like if she is supplying free food.

This place was amazing prepandemic. But totally horrible. Ordered skip, they forgot one of my sides, fried chicken had some sort of brown juiice poured all over it. Do not waste ur time or money on this garbage
Food is amazing, but staff is horrible very barbaric. The owner doesn't need to get the best staff in the world, but at least get normal people to do a normal job
I came here at 9:40 so excited to buy chicken and when I got there I was waiting outside for a bit as the door was locked. When I finally knocked the door, the lady came out to let me know they were not open until 10 tonight. Big disappointment as the open sign was still on.
2 pieces of hair in my food! I only ate here because Bakers is closed today. They don’t even have friendly staff, the women here are miserable and don’t make people feel welcomed, specially depending on your nationality! I recommend Bakers on Bovaird, food is amazing-and the customer service as well.
This review is not a review for food or it's quality, I'm recently having some work done on my house and I offered to buy the workers dinner, they indicated that they wanted this style of food, so I dropped into this location, unfortunately, the lady at the counter was having a bad day, she was rude and completely unhelpful. If she's the owner, she needs help, if she's staff then some serious customer service is required. Hopefully they'll make a turnaround and focus on customer service.
