I don’t think I’ve ever been more UNSATISFIED after having a meal in my life. I ordered jerk chicken, barely any coleslaw, the chicken was absolute trash, one piece so hard couldn’t even bite into it! This place makes Jamaican food look bad if I could take my money back I gladly would. Please don’t spend your money here!! Spend it somewhere else , there’s many other amazing Jamaican restaurants around way better than this place

if i were you i would NOT go here. the customer service is 0/10. if i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would. there are no menus anywhere displayed so you don’t know what is on the menu..the salt fish i ordered was ROTTEN..smelled so bad! i am sick to my stomach. Also the curry goat is full of oil and barely has flavour. do not waste your money here! the food is not fresh at all
Incredibly slow, need to have a cashier and server out front to speed things up....last couple of times my soup was burnt with black pieces floating in it. Place always look messy and disorganized....Not going back
Best jerk chicken I've ever had! The ladies there were very kind too! I highly recommend getting food from here. Very fair pricing as well for the portion size. I will definitely be going here from now on.
This was the most ignorant display of costumer service I have ever encountered!! As the moment I walked in there, the lady behind the cash kept staring me up and down and giving me a rude look as she did not care to help me when I was asking about the menu. This place is disgusting the way they treat costumers! I would never want to give these kind of people my money ever again they deserve NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! I am warning people not to go there , rudest people I have ever met!
Spend your hard earned money somewhere where it will be appreciated. You'd think that during these covid tines people would be more appreciative to those that come in to your restaurant. Based on my experience today they should be closed down. It's unfortunate because I have gone to the other location many times over the years and even hired them for some events. Today I went in to buy a meal and first off there were no posted menus or prices anywhere to be found. The women working had a HORRIBLE attitude. If you don't like your job then quit! Nobody's asking to be served by you with your sour face and attitude. Furthermore I was charged almost $12 for a small meal in a even smaller container. This meal would of been no more then 5-7 dollars anywhere else. The food east even warm. I would NEVER buy anything from here again and nor should anyone else.
I went for a lunch special which was supposed to be stew chicken with rice & peas and a can pop/bottled water. The price on the door and on their website was not the price that they charged me as they charged me more, and then said there is no water or drink that comes with it. I have been to the Gem's on Airport Road and they have the same lunch specials but with the correct price & with a drink. If I ever go to Gems again, it will only be at the other location.Also while serving me, the lady at the front was on the phone having a nonsensical conversation with her friend on the phone laughing and gossiping, it was just not a professional look.
This was my go place to go for my jetk chicken my last order on Dec 17th 2021 was very disappointing it didn't not even taste like jerk, there was no peas in the rice may be one.They raided the price with a smaller portion.Very disappointing
I don't even know how this is open for business because the food was so trash. How can you mess up fried chicken and rice and peas? The rice had to have been a day old and the chicken was dry with no flavor at all. Worst place to go for West Indian food. 2/10
