Amazing all around experience.Steeles/410 Location.Food. Drinks. Sitting area.Most importantly, customer service.Clean washroom.Great Franchise. ?Will cost a bit of money to purchase their menu options.But worth extra money.
The food is good, but I was disappointed in the portions the last time I was there. The piece of avocado was so tiny. Overall nice clean place.
Great food. They seem to have recently cut back on the amount of food you get and the chicken if you add that on. Is expensive for a meal when I could go an get a sit down meal at a restaurant for a similar price. Staff okay not the most friendly.

Asked for a chicken Teriyaki bowl with quinoa instead of rice, got home and there was no chicken in my bowl. Employee claimed I never said chicken when I called back and told her what happened ....funny enough, It's actually the ONLY thing I ever order when I go to Freshii, so I know what I said!! It's whatever - just won't go back to this location in Brampton.
Three Bowls ordered food was tasty but two of the bowls were missing the sauce ... no simple solution since you won't know until you get home.
Very clean restaurant with well trained staff. Staff was polite and knowledgeable and very efficient at preparing the food. Several items on the menu are gluten free which is perfect for a Celiac like me. Current favorites are the bamboo bowl and the butternut squash soup.
Awful food quality! I ordered 2 bowls from them which were supposed to be healthy. But the ingredients were so stale that the bowls tasted absolutely horrible!I'd never eat freshii again, let alone from this location!
Walked in to order dinner a few days back and saw what i believe was a pretty large cockroach on the back wall and walked right out, i would recommend ordering from a different freshii if you can
Clean location. Staff were friendly and made my quinoa bowl exactly how I like it.
