I understand masks are no longer mandatory, but this is the first firehouse sub I've been to where the person making the food did not have a mask. Even more disturbing , they kept talking nonstop as they prepared my meal. Very disrespectful to the customer and the times we are living in. I had to throw out my sandwich as i did not feel comfortable eating it.
Super friendly staff, fast service, really tasty food and they have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine to custom make your own drinks!Plus having a free sub on my Name of the Day was great!
Poor English speaking server, would rather talk on the phone than serve, corned beef fully involved with provolone means no provolone nor has it seen provolone in the last decade, only a choice of bread no topping choices no masks.. you might want to check out Mr Sub just down the road...half the price, I'm not impressed.

I really like this sub shop and will definitely go back. Both of the times I've been here, the restaurant was gorgeous and clean, the service was good, the food was made quickly, and the sub quality was always great! All of the sub types I have gotten have been great, and so far I have tried about 4 different types of their specialty subs.I usually like to get two different subs for me and my father on days he is working, so that we each have half of both sub types. They always cut the subs in half and put them in fairly durable containers, so they are easy to transport and share. If you do not have as much of an appetite, or want to share with 4 different people, you could probably ask for them to cut the subs into quarters. They also give you an option of including a pickle on the side of each sub.It's also a very conveniently located. This plaza has a lot to offer. This restaurant accept orders over Skipthedishes or Uber Eats, so you can easily do something like order while getting groceries at the Freshco in the plaza, and have your subs ready for pick up by the time you are done grocery shopping.My only complaint would be that it can be a bit pricey, but I find eating out nowadays is always pricey. Also, this restaurant donates lots of money to aide in rescue services, so I'll happily pay a more expensive price to a company that supports good causes.
Pepperoni Meatball Sub is the only way to go, never dissapoints and is always delicious. I get it made with onions in it as well, give it a shot you won't regret it!
Friendly customer service but please cut the sandwiches in half. When sharing with a family member this is not ideal. Ordered white bread and got Brown.
Dissapointed with food and service. First time customer, ordered the smoke meat sub, meat was so tough could barely make it through the first half. Asked to make me a different replacement sub of different kind to which they did (only one half), unapologetically and reluctantly. Probably not a repeat customer.
The subs are decently priced given the costs of everything else. But the content of the subs are delicious and so generously filled! Definitely will come again
